Not bleaching today just adding color to cover the gray hair)... I felt like they really cared about the results of my hair for the long-term not just for the one week. Most times anybody does anything with my hair involving color it comes out awful. The cut was absolutely perfect as well. Had to chop off 4 to 5 inches due to Very thin ends from my anemia... My health is improving and my hair is getting thicker and fuller. Can't wait to bring my four-year-old daughter for her haircut and follow up with many more haircuts in the future here! Just a sidenote... Make sure you bring money for a tip Because they cannot tip on credit cards. I keep forgetting this fact. I explained in advance that I had let an unwanted hairstyle grow out for over 2 months and it would take some work. I was told I would be booked for extra time so 'we could talk'. I let my hair grow for 9-10 weeks so an unwanted style would grow out. Like I said I Brought pictures. Darn. I got the I do not want haircut. and now will spend another 2 months letting it grow out because it is exactly what i did not want. Now I have months of uncomfortable hair in a style I did not want. I can't say it enough. I bought pictures. I tried to explain. I was not heard. (--) gave me exactly the lifeless blob I did not want. (--) did not pay attention to my request or for that matter the pictures. She cut me off a few times while I was trying to explain. I spoke half a thought and she was cutting.. i think she may have made up her mind what she was going to do before I even finished a sentence. She may think she is that much of a pro. But a pro listens and is a team with the client. Then when the disaster was clear and i motioned to my now boxed in face i got a rude "are you going to let me finish with a blow dry?" . Sure I said, all the while thinking you already f'ed it up . I will not let her cut my hair again. I found her rude and maybe judgmental. Uninterested in what I wanted. (--) got a huge tip. I am sorry I did that. By the time I got to the door I wanted to ask for it back. I was so mad I think I wanted to show her what she missed going forward: A dedicated well paying customer. I let my hair grow so I could get rid of an unwanted style and dam if she didn't go and give me the exact same thing back again!!. Totally ignored me. The tip was not sincere. I think a lot of the attitude is 'get 'em in and get 'em out as fast as you can". The promise from the receptionist that she would book extra time seems to have been ignored. At least it was not noticeable to me. She seemed to have been in a hurry other when she was sitting at reception waiting for her tip. It is a little pathetic when they do that don't you think? I hope someone at this salon sees this but to tell you the truth the attitude of superiority makes me think they really will not give a hoot. If there is no reply to this review you might reconsider going there. To me it would be an indication of their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. You being the next customer. I am sure (--) will do well keeping her long term clients. I cannot recommend this salon for new people. Should I change my mind in the next few weeks as this mess grows out I will come back and adjust this review. Check back by 8/15/26.

I explained what I wanted/needed done in terms of a haircut and she did a fantastic job. So glad I found this place close to home. They are open Wed-Sun and with the holidays coming up I wasn't expecting a same day appointment but I was hoping it would happen. I called and thankfully there was a slot available same day. The salon is absolutely beautiful inside. Definitely excited to spread the word to friends and family and return for my next haircut.
