As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. Upon walking in there is a door chime that announces when someone walks in. We looked around and waited a few before Steve emerged from the back room. He greeted us and asked us what we were looking for and just like every other tuxedo shop commented on how early we are looking.
