If you are reading this, my best advice to you is to not be intimated by the concept of investing. If you have an account with Fidelity (especially due to work 401k) and need to talk to someone, come here (or another branch) if you can. They are salaried employees and not on commission. They tell me if the services they are suggesting will result in a fee/commission for Fidelity. I believe you start with calling the typical 1-800 support and then inquire about seeing a local rep. So far, I have been happy to have someone to talk to face to face, even though I didn't accept all their suggestions. It's still good food for thought. This location is the same as the Hyatt hotel.
