We had spent many hours working with their accountants to set up a system to handle our unique business situation and felt hung out to dry when given the boot so early in our relationship. Had I known when we hired them that we were subject to a profitability review, I would have never bothered using them in the first place. Quite frankly, it's a conflict of interest when those privy to your private business data then use that information to make marketing decisions. Anyone contemplating doing business with this or any accounting firm should carefully determine whether the prospective firm will be working diligently in their clients' best interest or be pursuing greener profit opportunities in conflict with their clients' accounting needs.

However , if you don't follow their initial plan to a T they get quite upset and let you know it. I challenged them on fees their Brokerage house of choice kept charging me monthly. They continuously told me these are the brokerage house fees and not their fees. The Brokerage house said they were my 'advisor's fees'. Shortly after this Retirement Solution terminated me as a client. I stayed at the same Brokerage house and over a year later never saw another nit picking fee that was unexplainable. They lied to us repeatedly for sure. Glad to be rid of them and I would urge everyone to do business with a different firm. Also, their choice of annuities pays them well but may not be very beneficial to you!

The agent who took over his customers won't return our calls. I am deeply troubled and disappointed with this office. My advice is to steer clear of this office and go somewhere else.
