It happened on a Saturday night, and we thought that all Tire stores would be closed on Sunday making us have to stay an extra day. Sunday, I started looking for Tire stores and was surprised that Walmart has a location about 15 miles away and they were open on Sunday. They were the only place in town or anywhere close that could replace this tire. We arrived at about 3:30 on 4/23/2023 and the manager came and greeted us and after inspecting the tire informed us that the side walls were shot, and the tire would have to be replaced. We had just put 4 new tires on this car less than a month ago, but the damage was obvious. The man gave us an estimate and a couple of options that were reasonable IMO. He checked stock and had a tire for us. He said he was a man down and it may take about an hour and a half for them to get it done. I am not a fan of Walmart and hate to shop our wait for work to be completed. While my wife can spend days and much money in any Walmart in the Country. I just wanted to get it done and get back to our hotel. Well to my surprise in less than 30 minutes they were done with our car. I want to shout out to the shop manager and Russell for the quick work. Thye both totally impressed me with their Customer service.

( I just wanted to pay for the script with my credit card, but the system wanted to keep my card under his name , to be on file, I wasn't comfortable with that) So Ashley had to go through some hoops to do what I wanted .. she had to put my card on file for my grandson, pay for the script, make sure it went through, then go through the procedure of removing my card afterwards.. I just wanted to give Ashley two thumbs up, for staying patient and kind and not getting flustered and annoyed for having to do these extra steps, to make me comfortable with what we were doing I know she was busy and I was taking a little more time because of the steps and explanations she had to give me ..she made sure my grandson got his medications, so he didn't have to spend a night in unbearable pain THANK YOU ASHLEY !! I have nothing but exceptional things to say about Scripx. I have only been using them for a few…read moremonths but have had the most amazing experience. The prescription I have been taking for the past 9 years can carry some unwanted stigma. I have always been tretaed very poorly by the big box pharmacies, Walgreens, CVS, etc. I also travel for work and if I need to fill early they make you jump through hoops, if they even consider it at all. Since using Scripx, my experience has changed drmatically. The pharmacist Simer and Ryan are so kind, helpful, and respectful. I reccomend them to anyone considering using mail order.
