Having to come in to do an interview already can already lead someone to be cautious as it is if you've experienced a recruiter never contacting you again like I have, which I even told her. This, and other reviews, is proving my point. When I told her I recalled the first time speaking with her on the phone there would be a link for the video interview, she said they changed to having to coming in. Post-pandemic, that's strange in my opinion to require. I think, like another reviewer said, there's compensation for it, or it's a part of their KPIs. She seemed irritated that I wasn't able to come in before. I would definitely not recommend this firm, especially if so many people have taken issue with her (reviews on Google and Yelp), and the same behaviors are being executed, coming from a recruiter myself.
