I got my boots resoled about a month or 2 ago. Everything seems to be holding up well. The…read morestitching on the bottom of the sole does come up a bit on one of the boots, but it doesn't seem to be causing any issues at the moment. The welt feels like real leather, but I won't pretend to know enough to tell the difference. The leather on the soles was high quality though, it was from a company in italy, I forgot the name, but seems very strong and durable and it was only $90 for the half sole, I believe. It was done quite quickly, I believe 3 or 4 days if I remember correctly. The exchange was quick and easy, both with drop off and pickup. Edit: I just removed the insole and noticed that one of the new nails was not clipped nearly enough. It's coming up a considerable amount and actually damaged the insole. Luckily the insole is thick enough to cushion it from cutting my foot.

There's not many shoe repair around that does a good job…read more So I came here and dropped off a lot of my boots yhat the heel (8 pairs) was worn out and some scuffs on the tip of the boots. Randall the owner said it would take 2 weeks . He called me a week and half later and when I went to pick it up- OMG! I was so impressed by Randall's work. The heels were replaced nicely and on top of that he shined my leather boots! I was satisfied with my work especially when you love your shoes and don't want to get rid of it bc it still has some life to go. Also, I had a really bad scuff on the tip of my mauve color boots and he said he tried to polish with a similar color but boy! It doesn't look noticeable at all. He was able to cover it. I will come back and bring my other shoes too.m because Randall's work is very detailed. Thank you!

I was shocked when I opened my app to see a $410 total charge. 12 items were drycleaned even though none of the labels say to dry clean (including cotton and linen tops/dresses). All other items had a minimum $6.99 per item charge. I have sent them an email to ask about the unexpected charges. Will share more after I hear back from them. This was my first order. I'm worried it will be my last one too. Update: they called to explain that they have a had directed my order to the "Clean & Iron" department (includes dry cleaning) instead of "Wash & Fold" because it had dresses, (cotton) sweater and blouses. Thankfully, they refunded part of the extra charges, and gave me a Purple Tie credit for the remaining extra charge (worth 15lb of laundry.) They also added notes on their end to make sure any future orders go through wash & dry by default. I'm satisfied with their follow up and customer service (although I would have preferred full refund to credit card)
