It was a quart (~1L) to-go soup container filled to the top with horchata, and I am not embarrassed to say my dehydrated American heart was thrilled. I got sopes with chicken tinga. They make the masa (corn) base in house, and it shows. Beans, chicken, pico de gallo, lettuce, queso fresco, and sour cream sat atop the corn base, and it was delicious. Green and red sauce accompanied the sopes. (I preferred the red.) The portion was generous; despite eating a late lunch, I brought ~half of one sope home. It was simple, good quality food. The interior was clean and colorful, and the lady who took my order was lovely. I believe it's a BYOB. It took me way too long to try this mom and pop place, but I'll be back in short order.

Why can't the 2nd time be as good as the first? Lol…read more I 1st went to Soul Boat in Catonsville MD, and I loved it, wrote a review about it. So this location in Willingboro NJ is closer to home; lots of foot traffic which is a good sign. I ordered catfish chicken wings, mac & cheese, collard greens, black-eyed peas, cornbread & pink lemonade. Chicken wings were good, Catfish was good, but it came in little nuggets rather than fillets which which is what I prefer-but the portions were plentiful. My son loved the Mac & cheese as he did before. Black-eyed peas were good just a little bit dry. Collard greens were good, but I didn't order collard stems - they're the butt of the bread that you just don't want. No stems in the Catonsville MD location. The cornbread was very good & plentiful, just a smaller portion than what I received in MD. This was my first time trying the pink lemonade. It was good but a little too sweet for my taste. So not a problem, I just added water and increased my portion, lol. All in all, because of the distance, I will return to this location, maybe I'll try the Sicklerville NJ location next.

We had also tried the rolls and that was also so good. It's been awhile since having such amazing rolls done the correct way with lots of flavors. My favorite has to be the lobster bisque the flavors how creamy it was and a good portion size. The service was great quick and effective. They were nice and helpful answering any type of questions. It is a food truck, so it's more of pick up order vs being able to sit down and enjoy the meal. Apart from that it is in a convenient location. Not too busy crowded. Even tho it's in a shopping center. Even the music the cooks had wasn't too loud that requires to speak up loudly.

From the moment we walked up, we were treated like family. The food is served with so much warmth and care, it truly feels like stepping into someone's kitchen. We ordered the Oxtail Chili and Jerk Chicken, and were even offered a sample of the chili while we waited. One taste, and we were blown away. Hearty, bold, full of spice and flavor--it was outstanding. We seriously considered ordering more entrees just so we could keep tasting! The jerk chicken was equally incredible: juicy, perfectly seasoned, and full of rich flavor with just the right amount of heat. It was warm and spicy without being overwhelming. The rice and peas and cabbage that came with it were the perfect complements, rounding out the dish beautifully. And don't miss **Momma's lemonade**! It's honestly the best lemonade I've ever had--refreshing, unique, and clearly made with love. You can tell every recipe here is rooted in family, tradition, and care. It's rare to find food that feels this personal and delicious. I don't think we'll ever be able to drive by this truck again without stopping. We're already planning our next visit--and this time, we might just try the whole menu!

I ordered a large oxtail and my nephew ordered stew chicken. The food was very tasty but I wouldn't go out my way to go back. The young lady that made our platters gave us bare minimum, I ordered the lobster Mac and didn't receive that, instead I received the regular Mac, and she even wrote it on my platter. They were so bare minimum to the point that when the guy who I think was the owner or manager looked at my food he was even shocked because he hesitated when looking at my platter like this is missing something. It was obvious but I don't think he wanted to correct her in front of us so he charged me $62.35.
