I asked her for her advice and help, and she rudely looked me up and down and said "Nothing here will fit you anyways, it's not worth the time." And walked away. This left me upset, and sad. When you first walk in, the staff are incredibly sweet--almost too sweet. I visited on a tough day and was looking for a little pick-me-up. They encouraged me to try on many outfits and "loved" everything I put on. I ended up buying a pair of super-soft wide-leg jeans for $148--far more than I'd normally spend. They were a bit small, but the staff assured me they'd stretch. Once I got home and tried them with other tops, they looked awful on me and made me feel even worse. Unfortunately, I didn't realize there was only a 7-day return policy. I live 45 minutes away and couldn't get back within that time. When I finally returned two weeks later hoping to exchange them, I was told, "Sorry--you loved them when you left," even though I clearly remember expressing doubt in the store. I understand they're a small local business and need to make money, but treating customers well is how you keep them. The shop does carry many cute things, but the heavy sales tactics and refusal to help after the fact left a bad taste. Sadly, I won't be shopping here again.

Myself some dnd mini figs that had to be taken out of a countertop and a mecha kit for my brother. The cashier was seemingly on the phone with someone doing inventory or something. I asked if he could get the figures out of the countertop he just kinda nodded his head as he continued his call. We then idled around looking around the store again for another 15 minutes waiting for his call to end. It never did, finally we managed to get the mecha checked out. The customer had bought a piece of jewelry worth over $5,000 and it didn't fit the person who was to wear it, as it was too small to go around. They brought it in within a few days time to see if it could be exchanged for something that did fit the person. The owner let them know in no uncertain terms that they could not exchange or return it and suggested they gift it to someone else who it would fit (a $5,000 plus fine jewelry gift!) The owner told them they shouldn't have bought the item in the first place (instead of thanking them for shopping with them). It was honestly shocking to me that they were unwilling to find a piece that would fit the person instead. I left the store with a bad taste in my mouth and have no desire to go back to what used to be my favorite store. Just so disappointed and shocked by the experience.

They started as a pop up boutique and opened their brick and mortar store a year ago. It is very organized and the items they carry are clearly intentionally curated. There was even a whole section for Fourth of July outfits--super cute! The selection included a good combination of tops, bottoms, dresses, jumpsuits, and even accessories like hats, bags, jewelry and cosmetics. The prices were common of other boutiques, with a sale section towards the back. They also have an online store so you can browse before you go or simply purchase online. If you sign up to receive their newsletter, you get 15% off your purchase!
