The customer service here is horrible. I went in once to pick up an order for a pair of shoes for my dad, and was met with an extremely rude manager. The order wasn't ready, so I waited two weeks and went back in to be met with a different person, but the same terrible level of customer service. I didn't know where the shoes were, but they were sitting in a bin about 5 feet from the lady helping me and I was rudely told to go get them myself after I told her I didn't know how to get them since it was a mobile order for someone else. 0/10 would not recommend. staff at registers talking, shoe area was messy, could not find an associate to help me. Tried to get a credit card to get 40% off, and they left me limbo, said someone will reach out to me. They did give me 30% off, which I am very grateful for (the sandals were $65). read more

Convenient if they ever carry your size. They used to stock dress pants but now they only have 3 shelves and never my size. The cashiers are friendly but good luck finding someone to help you throughout the store. The bathrooms are clean but that's because nobody shops here...These days I usually drive to the mall instead or shop online. All sales staff at register talking to each other. Walked entire store looking for black cargo long pants for work. Finally my son and I went to the register and asked for help. She called somebody on her headset but did not let me know anything, we walked around and looked again and finally gave up. Bought some slippers and the clerk at the register asked me if I found everything ok and I said no and actually pointed the other clerk out at the register and told her she needs to find a new job. They both looked at me like I was crazy, but I am crazy about good service. Go to tar jay or jock penna for good service. That is Target and JC Penny. read more

Good prices when they have the product on sale and if you have a 20% off coupon. Kohl's Cash is a joke! If you earn Kohl's cash and you have to return exchange the product you better hope they have what you need in the store. If you have to order products online like me you will get screwed over! read more

On Oct. 9, 2017, I had a great experience with Kohl's in Derby, KS. I was looking for a pair of boots and found a pair that I really liked. However, my size was not available. I was told by an associate there that I could order with my phone and have it shipped to me free of charge. On the way out; I asked another associate if I could just order the boots there at Kohl's before I left. The associate, Janelle, was busy putting out new items of shipments. But she was more than willing to show me how to use the kiosk. She was a great help. I didn't realize until the next morning that my billfold was missing. After looking for it, I decided to give Kohl's a call to see if I left it there. Sure enough. I probably left it over by the kiosk. If an employee turned it in; I have to say there are some honest people working there. I was so relieved to find that my billfold had all the contents still there.
