Not the most inviting setup. I had to laugh when I read the earlier review about the creepy empty foyer with what looks like a closet door. That's this place all right. If you overcome the somewhat bizarre entrance, however, inside you'll find the best selection of Magic the gathering cards and assorted extras for sale in Wichita. All priced competitively, at or better than you can find on the web.
The fact that they are only open on week nights, and week ends, is kind of a pain (store opening times are more of a best guess than a firm commitment) and the staff that works there is not uniform in their ability or willingness to help. The main guys who run the place are really helpful. Some of the others, not so much. All in all, this place feels a bit more like a labor of love than an for profit business.
Still, I buy most of my MTG stuff there and would recommend others to do so as well. The selection is the best, the prices fair, and the place itself is a 'trip'. read more
