At the…read moretime of replacement of the fence, Martin gave us a warranty and stated if we had any issues he would happily return to handle it.....11 months later in Feb 2024 the fence could not withstand normal weather and our brand new 8k fence almost blew down. I immediately contacted Martin on February 5th. He delayed responding/ didn't respond for a month straight. he asked me to send photos numerous times. finally i begged him for a date to come fix it and on march 5th he gave me a date for April 27th. So now we are almost 3 months later from the initial request of repair. I gave him grace and understanding since he must be busy. Come April 26, he states he cannot come anymore due to car repair. once again we had to BEG him to give me a date to come repair. he states he will today (may3rd) and so i follow up with him in the morning asking for a confirmation if he will come. you can see his response. he even threatened me saying if we "talked crap" he would walk away!? then he had the nerve to not even show up. Martin DOES NOT respect anyone's time. His work FAILS. and he THREATENS you. DO NOT USE HIM. Now we will be in the process of contacting a lawyer since he is NOT Licensed and take him to small claims court. RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS.
