Ok, I almost don't want to leave a good review because I don't want everyone to swarm to Snap Snap. BUT the owner deserves a good review to get customers in her door. Talk about vintage clothing HEAVEN! We were traveling from Austin and stopped in. I've never seen so much vintage clothing that's in great condition and better yet GREAT prices!!! I scored so much clothing and didn't have to surrender my left arm. The selection is like no other place in Prescott when it comes to clothing and any other antiques! This was one of my favorite used clothes stores when I lived in Prescott. It's a tiny little place but they pack a lot of stuff into it. It's right near Prescott College (which I'm told is where the hipsters live), so there's always a lot of cool, trendy, vintage, and hipsterish clothes to dig through. The prices are usually super reasonable, but they can also tell when something is worth more, and the price reflects it. As usual, smart shopping = smart buying. I only sold some clothes there once, and she didn't give me an especially good deal on it, but I took it anyway because I love this little place. My friends and I would always wander around in here if ever we found ourselves downtown. I highly recommend it. read more

My wife dragged me in here, and I wasn't expecting much. Once inside, though, I found all sorts of nicknacks and doodads -- vintage stuff in great shape -- that I wasn't expecting. She had to tell me to leave. Very cool store. Been back once since then, and there was tons of new stuff. ... Have since been in, again, and, despite what other reviews here, had a great experience with the woman behind the counter. read more

I found the attitude of staff working at this store to be the same as one of the previous reviewers. She practically throws you out of the store at closing time. The clothes are jammed in the racks and hard to look at. read more

I've never actually written a yelp review, or been offended enough to write one, but like many of the other reviewers, I've simply had enough of the OWNER of Snap Snap. She truly is one of the most obnoxious, inconsiderate and unprofessional business owners in town. I've tried to continue my patronage of Snap Snap because it's a great shop, but I'm done giving her my business. She is either yammering on the phone about her personal life while you shop, or being short and blunt in her communication with customers. I have walked away from every interaction with this owner feeling offended by her lack of manner, character and absence of general people skills. read more

I refuse to do business with this woman any longer. She refuses to take my perfectly good clothes, some of which I have bought from her and barely worn, and has crummier looking clothes on her shelf than what I have to offer. She finally ripped me off and gave me three dollars for a beautiful dress that she said she was going to sell for ten but I bet she'll sell it for at least 15 so I hope whoever buys my dress likes it because it was pretty. By the way, I gave those three dollars to the tip jar for the man playing guitar singing Johnny Cash next door with me so the last time I ever dealt or will deal with her was worth the experience because that three dollars bought me the best afternoon of my life...But I Highly Recommend You Avoid This Place if You Hate Crummy Attitudes, Terrible Music, Icky Smelling Incense and Bad Business. read more

Snap Snap is one of the very few resale clothing stores in Prescott that actually caters to more brand name type style. I think the store is awesome though I haven't been in since it's moved. The owner can be a little snooty at times and makes it apparent what she thinks is good or bad quality clothing while going through items I've brought in before. I use to go in specifically on Saturdays knowing that her sister was working. She was much kinder and more pleasant to deal with. Regardless, the store is awesome and it's always nice to support local businesses. I'd say if you're headed to downtown Prescott, make this shop one of your stops :) read more

My husband and I are in Prescott for the weekend and were walking around downtown Prescott today, and happened upon this store. When I was opening the door, I noticed that they closed at 4:30pm. I didn't have a watch on me, so I went in anyway thinking the time was somewhat close to 4:30pm. When I walked in, a woman, hopefully not the owner because she was RUDE, scowled at me and said "We close in 10 minutes." I responded "Oh, no worries, I won't take long...just browsing." No "hello", "how are you doing today?", nothing. One can only assume that the majority of her customers are tourists, not always paying attention to time, etc. Granted it was close to closing, she could have been a little nicer about it. I decided to continue looking around even though the employee put a bad taste in my mouth with her attitude, and I can't say the clothes helped any. The jeans were FILTHY, seriously, don't used clothing stores wash stuff if they want to sell it? Some had stains, others smelled, just plain gross. When I come back to Prescott, I definitely won't be returning to this store....if they're even still in business. read more

I had heard about his place through a friend and had walked through with family during a visit when a very nice middle age woman was working. We had a pleasant visit and later in the week I suggested to a friend who wanted to trade some clothes to take them in there. I went with them on a Friday and when we walked in there was a younger woman working at the counter. She was on the phone, she didn't greet us or even look up from the phone. We would have been happy to wait for her, but she didn't really give us a chance. She started lifting one item from the bag of very cool clothing and basically put it back in the bag. She shooed us away, saying there was nothing under her breath...never looking up from her phone. She didn't even look at the bottom of the bag where a pair of like new purple Doc Martens were. It was the rudest experience I ever had with a retail person. I surely hope the owner finds another employee that actually likes people or at least fakes it when a customer walks in. read more
