I notified Savannah and Greg a little over one month after hiring them that my wedding date had to be changed because of a major life change. They are the ONLY vendor that refused to reschedule and/or refund my deposit. The best they could offer my fiancé and I was an engagement photo shoot in which we drive 7 hours and pay for hotels to meet them in a National Park that they already planned to be at. Zero flexibility or concern. We are out thousands of dollars.
