For the first ten or fifteen minutes, we took it slow so we got to enjoy the fresh air and amazing views of Quincy from the waters. Feeling the freedom it gives you is incredible. Then, things ramped up a bit and we started going faster towards the city of Boston. Captain David gave us the sailors history of Boston. He was extremely knowledgeable about the waters, islands, and even the local fishing. As we were rapidly going across the water to Boston, he was able to identify multiple islands and give us the fascinating history behind each individual one. As we got closer to Boston the views really started to become breathtaking. We started taking it slow again and sailed next to the city of Boston. Being able to look up and see skyscrapers from the water was absolutely beautiful. He took us around the city, up to the north end, and then kept going up the shoreline. We got to see where the Boston Tea Party took place and got all sorts of amazing history. Eventually, we went back out and sailed around some of the islands. He was able to show us the beautiful history surrounding the islands. Bunkers, training camps, and all sorts of fascinating things. Eventually, the sun started to set and we were given the view of a lifetime. Water was calm, nobody nearby, we were treated with the most beautiful (almost fantasy like) view I've ever had. After stopping for a bit to enjoy the view we were boated back. We rented an AirBnB in Withdrop and took an Uber to Quincy where we met Captain David. After he found out, he decided to boat us back to Withdrop and let us off right next to our house. This completely saved us time and money. David went above and beyond expectations and we were treated to the experience of a lifetime. Due to Covid, he is limiting the number of people on his boat so we had a totally private experience. He also stated he cleans regularly too. Masks are not required on the water so you can still enjoy the fresh ocean air. I had an amazing time and I highly recommend to everybody.

He led a group of 4 of us around the Boston Harbor for a 3 hour sunset cruise. It was perfect. We had snacks and drinks, linked up with the bluetooth speakers on the boat and took a lot of photos! We already want to do it again! Would definitely recommend for a romantic date idea, or small celebration with friends/family.

The rental price is hourly with a 2 hour minimum and includes the captain and one crew member. She is cleaned and sanitized after each charter trip and staff wear masks and maintain safety precautions throughout the trip. Plenty of room for setting up food, we had half catered and half our own. Restaurants at the dock happy to accommodate. Lots of space on this yacht to sit, wander and enjoy the ocean views. Bring your own download music from spotify or apple they have a music system. Captain Kevin and crew were very accomodating. Captain is highly experienced with Boston Harbor and crew helped set up the food and was all around a help and pleasant. Very understanding to the different needs of clients from parties to business meets. The sail was smooth and wouldn't know you were on a yacht no rolling or rocking, just beautiful views everywhere. We couldn't ask for a better trip. I booked through an on line site which eventually was routed to Sunset Yacht Rentals, they have a website. The rental was easy with documents signed through edoc ,deposit with credit cards, easy smooth transaction. The yacht has a mini hot tub, 4 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor seating venues on the yacht, full bathrooms. A cart at the dock made it easy to load the food and beverages. There is parking on Victory Rd. up to 2 hours, we were out for 3 and had several vehicles. None of us had a problem. Also a parking garage about a 10 minute walk. I rented the Trilogy for sea burial of ashes for my father. Will come back next year and rent for a party with family and friends once co-vid is more manageable.

It's 1 of the few spots…read moreon the EAST COAST that you can actually get a SETTING SUN PHOTO in the WEST overlooking the waterfront of the bay. Not the best swimming spot; it's loaded with sharp stones all over the shore so where shoes. The water is often fringed even in June, July, and August, so a wet-suit makes more sense, and wear swimming shoes with treads on them. Excellent spot for photography, video, filming, portraits. They annually have an Independence Day Fireworks event here which is free to everyone, and really pretty. It's also totally FREE. But, the carnival set-up nearby on that day is a scalper! If you're not wealthy don't even bother. If you want to have a BBQ/cook-out bring some stuff and drive a little further down to Webb Park because there's grills there you can use for free and restrooms, with picnic tables. Bring foil to wrap the grills, add charcoals, and ur good to go. This spot is also incredibly relaxing and overwhelming calms down even the most nervous, anxious, and uptight persons. Very therapeutic. It's believed to be due to what are called "negative ions" generated from the waves and damp air which are very healthy for you, and calm the human brain. (Look that up.) The only times I tend to see a lot of people hanging out here are end of June and Early July. Other than that, it's not loaded with people. People also tend to be pretty friendly the frequent this spot. I've never had an issue ever.
