Then around 9 PM, I received a text stating that they will be here around 9:45 PM. By that time, I did not feel comfortable. So, I canceled it. First of all, there is no way that I would meet someone at almost 10 PM at night to take my laptop, much less meet someone I've never known or met. Even just the mention of "they "will be at my home that late at night, made me incredibly uncomfortable . I would be a fool to allow myself to be that vulnerable. I don't know if they have a second job or what, but you don't keep people waiting that long to do business. I just found this very unprofessional. The dead computer was back up and running within minutes of my arrival. It was amazing. Dell had told me that the desktop could not be repaired for a reasonable price and that I needed to buy a new one. It turned out that a Dell bios upgrade had gone bad and literally burned up the two video cards in the PC. Martin had it booted and running before Cody and I were even done talking. The clone job was to take a couple of days to get the new SSD drive and clone it. In fact, Cody called the next morning and said it was done and ready to be picked up. This company is absolutely amazing. Their service goes beyond all expectations. And the price they charged was most reasonable. I highly recommend them. They are network specialists too.
