What the hell kinda company doesnt allow their PMs to mess with the contracts? Or contract vendors or subs that are better for the project? Thats the job.... They are messing with families livelihoods and not looking back. Apparently they had hired another person as PM and that person they also let go after working there for only one week prior to hiring my wife. I see the pattern of a company that doesnt give a care in the world for the people they hire and their livelihoods, thats what i see. So, if u fit 95% of the general populations living situations (having a family) i wouldnt suggest working here. Just my opinion...

Our roof failed two inspections by the State inspector. CID has helped us throughout this horrendous mess with this company. BBB has our pictures of the destruction this roofing company did to our home. Paiz has another company started Custom Roofing Consulting and Construction. IT IS NOT a BBB Accredited Business. We do have an Attorney and soon going after them for Fraud. The State inspector who came out last winter took pictures of a big burn on our roof. The roofers didn't replace fire rating coating and actually hammered nails close to the smokestack. Our home could've burnt down if it wasn't for the State inspector finding this. We immediately contacted Robert Paiz, and he said it was caused by our smokestack. We had another roofing company come out and they verified what Paiz unskilled roofers did and fixed our burnt roof area. This cost us $2.400 to fix. Of course, Robert Paiz paid Zero. So much more to this nightmare roofing job. If you do any work with this company, be careful. Document everything and don't trust Kate his office manager we find her very dishonest.

Out of nowhere a whirlwind of white pickup trucks and orange shirts swarmed our house hustling up ladders, handing up sandbags, laying huge black tarps, and assuring precise coverage to temporarily block further rain and wind damage. It was a remarkable thing to watch! For the quote, they showed up on time, and even gave a "we are thirty minutes away" notice. On site for the bid, Luis was respectful and courteous and answered all our questions. After a few conversations, his bid was competitive, detailed, and clear. He did the work in less than promised. His crew protected the underlying property, and cleaned up afterwards so it was literally impossible to tell his crew had been there - except of course for the beautiful new roof. He cooperated, without displaying frustration, as we worked through some minor issues with my bank authorizing his payment. We would highly recommend Luis and Sundance Roofing. They're THE BEST!

The job took only 3 days. Each day, they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up before leaving. They didn't have to replace the tub, so factoring that in, the cost to restore my shower back to its original beauty was less than half of what that one-day shower company cost me to install their thin fiberglass material and builder-grade fixtures. I'm so much happier with the way my shower looks now and wish I'd have known of 2Vets Construction two years ago. I highly recommend them for any tile work you need.

We even received a confirmation email on May 23. Sit at the house waiting for the estimator to show up. 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment and NOBODY shows. Wife calls and is informed that the estimator (Andrea) is out of town so there is to a sole to do an estimate. We were hesitant to even boom with them based k their reviews, but tried to be optimistic that maybe the other folks that had issues were just needy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY---DISORGANIZED, DIFFICULT TO CONTACT AND WILL LEAVE YIU HANGING.
