Happily I found exactly what I was looking for: Exquisite Local Tomatoes bursting with flavors that will never be found in most American markets. Oddly, in every corner of the world, they have wonderful fruit, but in the USA, you gotta know someone. That person is Mario. In addition, Mario knows meat, and I had to get two of the tenderest fillets I've ever had: Butter! Last but not least: house-smoked trout fillets. Only at Mario's! However if you need rows of different pastas, or wide ranges of vegetables or fruit, forgettaboutit. This is a MEAT Market. You need dry or canned foods, go to Walmart!

Tim had so much patience with us as he taught us how to ride western style. The memories will last a lifetime. Words can not describe how much we enjoyed our stay, from the Elk first thing in the morning, to the fantastic sunset in the evening and everything inbetween, we were just in total amazement throughout. Although the pictures are phenomenal, they really don't do this place justice, it's beautiful. I would absolutely have no problem recommending this ranch to anyone, whatever your riding skills are, I can't wait to return. Maybe with a little more riding experience on my next visit, I loved riding so much I'm looking at taking it up back home. Thank you both so much for an amazing experience, you are lovely, wonderful people. God bless you.

Our riding program goes beyond the typical guest ranch ride. Here, we don't follow set trails; instead, you might find yourself working cattle or navigating the open range. Authentic Riding Style: We teach "Western Reinsman" or "Ranch Riding", inspired by the Spanish Vaqueros who taught American cowboys how to work cattle. This involves guiding with your legs and seat, preparing you to keep your hands available for real ranch tasks. Horse Training for Real Work: This isn't just riding; it's an education in horsemanship. We're not just providing an experience; we're giving you skills that will last a lifetime. Our horses are trained for cattle work, requiring you to develop leadership, trust, and consistent communication skills with your horse. Fantastic country, comfortable lodging, and meals which have received raves from our guests.
