I highly recommend this company. I called the office about 845 and had an appointment for the same day at 11am. I received a text message with a picture of the tech so I'd know who to expect at my door when he was on the way. I thought that was brilliant in this day and age you can't trust anyone anymore. The service tech (Austin)was prompt and professional. He did a great job at explaining what was going on and and how to avoid the same issue in the future. Total time of appointment was 20-30 minutes( only because he had to get on the roof to clear the main drain. I will definitely call them again if I have any plumbing issues in the future! read more

These guys are great! I've had to use their services twice in a month. Recently bought an older house ( built in the early 50's) the pipes aren't what they use to be.... the gentleman that came out to snake worked hard for his money, spending nearly an hour on my roof. Woke up one morning to find out that the city had shut off my water. Turns out the main line in my front yard was leaking. I called Angel from Snake N' Laterals and he came out to my house that morning to assess the situation. He already had a few jobs scheduled for the day, but he still made the time to come back and fix my issue. Unfortunately, there was a crack in the line that couldn't be repaired, the whole thing needed to be replaced. He recommended a company that was permitted to work on the city's pipe and went ahead and patched me up just to get me through the weekend so I could have running water. Awesome job by Snake 'N' Laterals earlier today!! It seems something always happens just before the holidays, and coming home last night to a small flood at the base of the kitchen sink cabinet was no exception. The faucet was acting up like a volcano and I noticed some other areas underneath the sink were leaking. This morning I called S'N'L and was greeted by a lady who was very polite and thankfully scheduled me for a same-day appointment. A couple of hours later, Angel arrives and conducts an inspection. Not only did the faucet need replacement but he also identified the water valves underneath the sink were not functioning properly. He also noted a minor leak coming from the main drainage pipe. After doing some quick research, Angel provided some options for faucet replacement and associated cost estimates, which also included new water valves and sealing the drainage leak. After a quick signature, I was to expect a team member of Angel's to tag in and complete the job. An hour later, Austin arrives with a new faucet. Austin worked very diligently and did an excellent job in replacing the faucet, valves, and fixing the drainage leak. I was very impressed to get this work done in the same day that I called. Called them this (Friday) morning at 7:30 with both toilets and one shower backing up. I knew where the problem likely was, but the lady at the office confirmed what I suspected. Said they'd have someone here between 9 and 11. At 9:00 on the dot Austin arrived and started searching for the external sewer cleanout...which the builders evidently decided was not a necessary item. So he pulled a toilet and cleaned the line (Angel came by to assist and mentor - excellent!), reset the toilet and in a couple of hours we were good to go! No, it wasn't $99, but for the amount and quality work they did, I am completely satisfied. Both Austin and Angel have great attitudes and obviously take pride in their work. While he was at my house I also asked him to drain my hot water heater. They gave me a great price and they were less expensive then the two other plumbers I called to get quotes from.
