Snake 'N' Laterals took care of our plumbing problems and gave us the customer service that we wanted. We had a slow leak from a pipe into the garage ceiling and we called 3 different plumbing companies. Two offered to come out with a fee and they would add this to our service if we chose to go with them. We called Snake 'N' Laterals and with no fee for our estimate we received prompt service and the owner Angel came out to see what the problem was. He addressed the problem we called him for and we asked to have a camera check to make sure our main line was working since we had problems in the past. The main line had broken in the past due to the roots growing into the line. We had a different plumber fix it 3 years ago and the problem was back again. Angel showed us where the roots were growing into our main line. We had him take care of this problem and he fixed the leak in the roof area of the garage. We also opted to have him Hyro Jet the main line, Angel was very patient with addressing our concerns and answering all of our questions. He was very careful to leave the work areas clean after he was done. Plumbing jobs are not inexpensive but I was very happy with the service we received and the professionalism and knowledge he has as a plumber. We plan on using Snake 'N' Laterals for new toilet installations and other plumbing issues that arise. I had a main line clog and was looking at maybe next day service if I was lucky, but someone referred me to Angel at Snake N' Laterals and I am quite pleased that I call him. Angel was able to come out within an hour of my call. He is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable, and although his own business is fairly new, he has years of experience working for large plumbing companies. He has the best T-shirt and mustaccios, too. He cleaned out my main line and used a video camera at my request because I knew there were some problem areas and the cost was very reasonable. He will be doing some further spot repairs for me, which are not cheap, but I fully expect that the service and quality of his work will be what I would expect from my experience today. read more

Angel came out to fix a leaky toilet, but had to return a couple of days later due to my toilet not sitting properly on the ring. I asked if he could come back that night and he showed up as promised to fix the toilet by doubling up on the wax ring. It has been a couple of weeks and the toilet has not leaked again. He provided great service and said if I had any other issues to just call him and he would come back. He said he is not going anywhere and that he takes care of his customers. Not only did Angel fix my toilet and provide great customer service when there was an issue, he talked to me about other issues in my house and made recommendations on what to try and who to call. Was lucky to find this guy. Had a broken drain line under the foundation of my house. Other plumbers recommended hammering through bathroom floor and the concrete. Angel said that might be necessary, but recommended digging from the edge of the house to get a better idea of there the break was first. Turns out he was able to fix it without disturbing the interior of our home. Also saved us about $9,000. Honest guy. Hard worker. I hope to never need him again, but he'll be the first call I make if I do. read more

This company is beyond a 5 star company!! I'm a property manager and have managed over 100 properties and have used other plumbing companies. I called another company a day before and they could not fix the problem. I was nervous that the problem couldn't get fixed! The apartments are old and the 1st company couldn't figure out how to fix the problem. I then called Snake N Laterals - thank God! They fixed the problem immediately and extremely affordable! I was in extremely happy shock!! I initially spoke with Griselda at the office and she was so welcoming, explained things and was extremely patient with me and very nice! Called Snake N' Laterals (after going back and forth trying to schedule a plumber from All Star Plumbing, to no avail) to see if they'd be able to help me. Left a voice mail and got a call back 5 minutes later from Angel. He told me that he was currently at a home working on a plumbing job, but would come to my house as soon as he was finished. About 45 minutes later, Angel called to let me know he was on his way. Angel checked out my drain issues and told me my house had a main blockage. He got up on the roof and had hooked up his machine and had the main cleared in a less than 30 minutes. His service was professional, he was prompt and courteous and honest. While taking a shower today I noticed standing water in the shower and the bath tub in the other bathroom had standing water in it and the toilet would not empty so I figured that my main sewer line was plugged up. I called Angel and he said that he could here in a couple of hours. He showed up when he said he would and proceeded to snake the sewer line. After a couple of minutes he pulled out a big wad of tree roots. He ran the snake a couple more times and had me flush the toilets with some paper so he could verify that the line was clear. Total time spent was approx 30 minutes and his rates were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him. read more

Called this place to see why my shower wouldn't drain well they came and said its because a pipe broke and it's a big job for them they have to take down my shower and floor so they recommend to call someone else that would do it they said call Gary's Plumbing. I did he came and it was not a broken pipe it was hair and it took him 20 minutes. Next time I'm calling Gary.
