Every single location delivered the same top-notch service and excellent food. It seemed that there was always a waiting list. But what they did that was so smart was give us the menu and and an order form and that gave us the time to peruse the menu, decide what we want and place our orders. By the time we sat down, it didn't take long before our orders were delivered. The first time we dined, there were only two of us, so we ordere the small plates. Another smart idea to have the choice of small, medium and large orders depending on the number of people. We've always dined family style so we were able to taste different foods. We've ordered the essential Filipino foods i.e., different kinds of sisig, salpicao, sinigang, adobo, pancit palabok, buko pie, puto bumbong, halo halo. And every single dish was phenomenally tasty, especially for us who are all residing in the US. Manam will always be our first choice whenever we are in Manila.

Ordered their garlicky chicken and pork adobo, sisig, garlic rice, and turon. The adobo was fine, I think it would have been better just with the pork vs with chicken. Sisig was on point. The garlic rice was fine as well. The turon didn't have bananas in it but mangoes instead. I had thought it would have had both mangoes and bananas, but was mistaken. Overall, a decent place for casual sit-down vibes.

Food on Four seems to be designed as an upscale version of the usual SM food court so you can expect slightly higher price points. However, they do get credit for having an array of options (Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, etc) Pepper Lunch is often a popular choice but do check out Frankie's for chicken wings, Teppanyaki Brothers for an affordable teppanyaki experience or Brasas for Latin American food. And yes, they do have Eat Pinoy if you want Filipino food. New additions to the area are made-to-order sushi from Sushi Nori and Craft Salad for healthy salads, sandwiches and juice options. They get extra points for cute stall design. If you're feeling nostalgic about classic SM food court food, head over to Sizzling Plate. There's nothing quite like a sizzling T-bone with java rice to remind you that you are still in an SM mall.

My family has very discriminating taste when it comes to food and eating out (mainly because almost everyone in the family can cook), so when I say it's a place I'd bring my mom to, I mean it should meet the highest standard of quality. In terms of actual food choices, I love that they don't offer the usual cheap food fare. The food kiosks there are more like express versions of full blown restaurants. There's Brasas Latin American Street Food, Four Seasons Chinese Cuisine, Yakitori One, Teppanyaki Brothers, Eat Pinoy by Cabalen, 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken, Sbarro, Pepper Lunch Express, Slice, Cinnabon and Crazy Crepes. So, there's actually something for everyone. I love that the ambiance is more similar to the fancy foodhalls we have here than the food courts in older malls.

As a…read morecoffee place that focuses on the third wave coffee, I can't help but compare it to Coffee Empire. Maybe I picked some good coffee in the latter that I really so appreciate the nutty taste in the hand brewed Brazil Cerrado. But I'd say Kuppa is just as good as Coffee Empire. The place wasn't as grand as Coffee Empire but it's just apt for a coffee place. Oh they have this bell per table that you can ring when you need their service. I thought it was fancy. Haha. I didn't explore their bar/counter where the cakes were because they handed us the menu when we took our seats. I found it very accommodating. So I tried the V60 Ethiopian Yirgacheffe *high fives for the spelling!* which the barista said had a hint of red cherry in it. I couldn't distinguish that particular taste tho. But I loved the coffee! It was fine, smooth, and light and it looked kinda reddish black in light. So we ordered Wimpy's (open faced burger in gravy and cheese sauce) and it was a delight! Also had the Tiramisu which was super small but it was neat and just the right sweetness. Not fan of their frappes/cold drinks tho. We had the Mocha Java Drink and the Barista's Secret (which was like white chocolate). I found them very smooth. I prefer a rough-textured frappe and well, I haven't had a frappe in a month so maybe my judgment was not good. Anyway, hot coffee here is better. :) I think the prices for coffee was just right but I guess the other stuff in their menu was highly overpriced. I highly recommend this place if you're within the area. But maybe not, I don't want a bunch of people crowding up the place I want to go often (talk of hipster, haha).

The place is stacked with boutique wines, craft beers, artisanal cheese, charcuterie, olives, European style bread, cakes and pastries. I love their rustic urban vibe so Instagram worthy. Drinks: Daughter ordered the Iced Chai Latte and it tasted like Milk hahaha (wtf?) however she didn't complain and don't want to be rude Lol! But yes, a waste of money. My Cortado shot was good though. Mint tea was perfection. Food: Crab and avocado egg toastie. 2 poached eggs, arugula and lemon vinaigrette. Omelets & Salad (chorizo) they were out of Salmon. Both taste was terrible. and the Waffle for son was so basic and boring my son said. But their food presentation was amazing. Overall, we didn't really enjoy our food it was totally MEH, mediocre in taste, very bland. Typically, from my experience, the portion sizes in the Philippines are much smaller than the US! So, I ordered the zucchini fries and the fresh lumpia. I should have only ordered one thing because I could not finish my food. I felt really bad! I wish the server would have told me how massive the portion sizes were. Though I know they're so nice here that they probably just wanted to give me whatever I wanted! The food was pretty good! I went with some simple items so it would be difficult to mess them up. I wasn't so in love with the drink I got. I probably should have stuck to water since I'm not a fan with lots of sugar in my drinks. They also have WiFi here! What drew me into this place were all the healthy snacks and items they had displayed in the front. They had some interesting snacks that we don't have back home in the US! I was thinking of picking some up to bring back with me. I did, however, pick up the cashew butter for my Mom. She loves it. My family and I put some on some toast and it was delicious. It had some chunks of cashew still! I would bring some to the US with me if it were not so heavy and not in a glass jar. I would be afraid of it breaking and leaking all over my suitcase.
