I am a marketing director and I often need a variety of products and I have always been so impressed with the designs they come up with. Sometimes I have a very specific thing I need them to make and they always follow my directions to a tee. Support this local, family owned business. It is so much better than walking into a print chain! Their attention to detail and personal service are second to none.

Their estimate was quite reasonable. They scheduled the art packing promptly. They did a good job of packing the artwork for the move. All in all, using Icon Group for moving our artwork was the easiest and simplest part of moving our household goods across the country.

I used them as my waste removal provider. It was fine for awhile but then they were leaving flyaway…read moregarbage all over the alley so I called to ask them to pick up flyaway garbage, per their agreement with the city. (All garbage vendors are supposed to clean flyaway garbage). Adrianna Flores, a grunt who "works" there, started blaming me for the garbage men not doing their job. She was so nasty with me. Then she thought it was funny to throw charges on my credit card. Not authorized charges, mind you, just any old amount out of spite. Sadly, I had to escalate it to the owner of the company, Ed Kalebich who said he would credit the account. But he wouldn't credit my account. Ed, Adrianna were both on about 5 emails to credit my account for the stolen money. They thought ignoring customer issues was a good business practice. It wasn't the money, it was we had to keep after a vendor to stop stealing from us. We trusted them with our credit card. We had to call our credit card vendor to block charges. They are 100% ill equipped to just manage customer relations. So, in conclusion, if you want your garbage picked up with a messy alley, problems ignored, and your credit card ripped off, then IRS are for you. If you want a normal vendor to pick up your garbage in the alley, address problems in a professional manner, and not put unauthorized charges on your credit card, look elsewhere.

They picked up the chair within the time frame, and I could see as they made the trip up North. They were courteous, brought the chair up a flight of stairs, and placed it where I directed them. I called and had the guy on speaker phone to try and set up a delivery. All I received was push back and lots of phone silence. The others in my office could hear and everyone was surprised at the lack of wanting to do the delivery. We DID ask the owner of the property if it was ok to place the dumpster in front of the garage door. Confirmed. He wants permissions from the owner of the entire complex, which doesn't exist. Its a multi family owned by multiple people. It's a $200.00 charge of they come out and they cant deliver or get it in the spot. I said "that's fine" and I understand it a risk. I did all of the prep work for them-- wrapped furniture, unbuilt my bed, etc, but they kept complaining about things, even the freight elevators. When I went to pay the movers, the movers told me to send the money to some woman's Zelle account (Nina). The bank flagged recipient as suspicious and put my account on hold (I showed this to the movers). The movers would not leave until I sent money to Nina's personal checking account. I showed them multiple times that I attempted the payment and contacted customer service. However, the 3 movers became impatient and began screaming and cursing at me and demanding that I figure it out or else (while laughing). I was screamed and cursed at for 40 minutes. "trash, broke bitch, I'm gonna have to tell your friend who referred us that you are trash. I fucking hate people like you. We did our job, we're not leaving until we get paid. The nerve of you fucking people. you don't give a fuck about us now that your move is done. Watch I bet you're trynna run game on us" During this time Nina called one of the movers and said "whatever happens, God be with you." Later when I asked them to not speak to me like that in my home as I was coming up with a solution, they became more aggressive. "Don't make me go Eastside up in this bitch, n-word" and "b*tch you don't own this apartment, I do until you pay me you stupid b*tch." While I called around to see if a friend could send the money to Nina's account; the yelling and screaming was heard by other people on the phone. The situation was so bad that the building called the police, but the movers were gone by then. Bad attitude and customer service. Not sure why they felt the need to threaten people in their own home for their suspicious bank issues, but beware of this and have cash on hand or be prepared to deal with whatever comes your way, including being held hostage in your own home.
