I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. Starlight Tech was able to take care of all of this and the best part was minimal holes in the drywall. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. On the day of the install, Starlight Tech was here on time, worked together to make sure everything was done in a clean and neat manner, and made sure everything was fully up and running before leaving. Have had service around a year. There are LOTS of pluses in the customization of the service, which was the main attraction (aside from low price). We only allow whitelisted folks to call. If they aren't on the list, they don't get through. That is the ONLY guaranteed way to avoid scams and others you never want to hear from. If someone is NOT on the list and calls, there is even a way to view the history and if that person doesn't block their CALLER ID, you can see "Donald Trump" called and then if you want to add him to your Whitelist so he can get through in the future, it is very simple. The DOWNSIDE is phone service often goes into MUTE for no reason at all and you have to hang up and call the person back! They can also hear beep tones on their end but on your end, it is simply interrupted noise, which does interrupt what the person is telling you. This gets annoying. I've spent time with tech support, but none of that worked and about to call them again because we refuse to pay for service (no matter how low) that doesn't deliver! Customer service is okay, better than expected, and five stars compared to Frontier!
