Such a wonderful little getaway! Each cabin is just the right size for a quaint, comfortable visit…read more It is equipped with whatever you need for cooking, at least the basics. You do need to bring your own charcoal for the charcoal grill. They do supply wood by the fire pit. The bed is super comfortable! Each cabin has its own color theme. We found that the owners were very attentive if we had any questions or needs, even before our stay. I would say the only drawbacks are that the TV volume is low & the cabins are close to one another. I recognize that most people are out and about during the day and just want a "home away from home" so TV probably isn't that important. We do plan on coming back to stay in a different cabin. We were in cabin 4 and it was lovely, but we might go for a cabin 5 or 6 that have a stacked washer and dryer. I figured we might stay for more than three nights like our past trip. It's close to so many things, including Stowe, where you can explore. As well as lots of breweries around, and just a beautiful area altogether.

Absolutely a 5-star experience with Eric…read more I signed up for a day of one-on-one off road training. We spent the morning in Eric's field practicing slow speed maneuvers, tight turns, emergency braking, steep climbing, and riding over chunky loose rocks. In the afternoon we headed out to ride some beautiful country roads, jeep tracks, and some technical off road trails. Was challenging but Eric made the experience a lot of fun. I learned so much and had a great time! Thank you Eric!!

Eric and Spenser have an unbridled level of enthusiasm for the sport and an unparalleled level of customer service. Reservations were a breeze, and they made themselves very available for any pre-trip planning. The bikes were in top shape for our trip, and they tailored the trails to our skill level. If you are looking for a great way to enjoy the beauty of Vermont -on a dual sport bike - then Moto VT is the way to go!!!

Great Trip Review of Henry's Cottages…read moreI stayed here the last week of August into September, The place was very clean and the Hosts Bob and Gwen were very nice and helpful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom even though we needed a 2 bedroom, Gwen only charged us for the 2 bedroom since that is what we had requested, and only a 3 was available. It is a cabin not a hotel so if you want a tv, microwave, fan ect.. bring it. But it was clean and all utensils and dishes cups coffee maker were all available along with wi-fi which was surprising. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We also rented a boat which was great, The hosts are always asking if all is well and are quick to fix any problems that occur. There is the smell of sulfur when you use the hot water but you get beyond that, its more your mind playing with you ,the water is fine aside from the smell and if you only use the cold you wont smell it at all. I will definitely return to this place and recommend it to all my friends, When I spoke to Bob he said His Granddaughter and her future husband would be running the place soon, hope they don't change much.

I went back and forth trying to decide if this was a 2 star or 3 star stay…read more The best I can say for the unit is that it is roomy. The downstairs has a kitchen and then a large open space for a dining table and living room. There is an electric fire place and a back door/small patio. The rather small flatscreen TV is located in an odd area that would be impossible for the entire living room to view comfortably. We ended up taking an end table and putting the TV on it in front of the fireplace (we didn't use the fireplace, it was a hot summer week) so we could both see it more comfortably. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a full bath except the sink is outside of the bathroom where the toilet and shower are. In the hallway is a full bath and a second bedroom. There is an indoor and outdoor pool on site. Both looked small but more then enough to keep cool or to do something on a rainy day (the indoor pool). The bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable. The worst part of the stay is that there is no AC, just 2 large, dusty fans. The week we stayed the average temperature was in the low to mid 80's. That's AC weather as far as I'm concerned. So sleeping was somewhat uncomfortable with only a fan. The unit wasn't all that clean or well maintained. Some dust, wall paper peeling with possibly mold in the bathroom area, shower head needs a good cleaning. The furniture is old and uncomfortable, the TVs are small and in awkward areas. The utensils are old and have seen better days. I don't think I would ever come back to this resort due to the accommodations but it is located in a nice area. You can easily walk to the well known "Rec Path" that includes small local shops and restaurants along with bike rental shops.
