Went inside and we were the only ones there and it took 10 minutes to get the first Acia bowl we ordered which didn't have the toppings on it we ordered. then another 10 minutes to get the second one. Both bowls were 2/3 full and they were $10 each. Had to ask for a spoon and they didn't even give us a napkin. There was not a table or chair in the place. read more

This location is convenient to work, has a drive-thru, and the customer service is usually pretty good. There can be a wait, during lunch, and I wind up standing in a short line, inside. My smoothies are usually on point and I have not have any complaints. Try the Gladiator Smoothie with strawberry protein, raspberries and blueberries and let me know what you think. read more

Do not attempt to go to this location tonight!!!! Pulled in and got out of my vehicle at 6:28pm and the guy behind the counter immediately shut of the lights. The door clearly states they are open until 9pm....guess not today!!! I always patronize this location on Friday and get smoothies for my whole family. The special they have makes it a treat I am willing to provide. I had children looking forward to their special Friday smoothies and now here we are.....no smoothies. I am definitely considering never going back. The service and consistency has never been that great at this location but it is the closest and most convenient to my home. I was at the Sugar Land/Highway 90 location today and the girl who prepared my smoothie did not wear a mask or gloves. I asked her about it and she said "some employees don't wear masks." The mask mandate is still in effect today in Texas. This girl was in high school. I won't return. read more

This place is solid go to for smoothie king. Service r never disappoints. Recently I had dropped my smoothie outside in my car(smoothie everywhere) and the guy working there, saw and gave me another one on the house. Terrible customer service!! An employee was very rude, had a bad attitude-as if she didn't want to be there, and rolled her eyes throughout the whole transaction. I understand it being a "long" day(It was only 2:30), but I do not understand or tolerate an attitude when i ask for my 20$ back give her smaller change. For maybe the few past visits here, the service was awful and the drinks were sour, also I was not even able to drink it because it was basically as if they didn't put it in the blender. I would have liked to have known prior to my drink being made that I could have substituted almond milk instead of the regular non fat milk that was in the peanut power plus that I ordered. Also, would have been nice to have the staff tell me that if I complete the survey at the bottom of my receipt, it gives you a dollar off your next smoothie. It's 6:22pm and smoothie king closes at 9pm and we walk in hoping to get a smoothie but then we walk up to the counter and the only guy working tells us that he's closed for half an hour because there's no one to help him. But nobody was in there so why would he need help? So then he basically kicked us out and locked the door on it. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. read more

Perfection! So many choices to choose from. Great customer service. It might be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Usually they are pretty good making their smoothies but on this occasion the medium that I ordered came out in a medium cup but only a small cup in regards to portion. I figured that for the price of a smoothie...they would fill it up and actually give you the portion you ordered! SInce this is the closest Smoothie King to my house and since the manager is always very nice and remembers who I am and which smoothie I want, this is where I always go. Even when I'm 15 or 20 miles away, I'll pass by several other Smoothie King locations and wait until I get back to Sugar Land to visit this location. I can always count on the taste of my favorite smoothies being consistent during each visit. Although the store doesn't open until 7 in the morning during the week, which is kind of late, I was told yesterday that they might start opening earlier in the near future so that people can get their smoothies for breakfast and still be able to get to work on time. On a side note, I sometimes have to remind the newer employees to turn on the "OPEN" sign above the door so that customers who don't frequent the store enough to know their hours will see that they are open from the highway. read more

I am very perplexed about writing a review for smoothie king in Sugarland Texas. I have been introduced to smoothie king, since I have moved here recently, by my son-in-law. Initially I was just thrilled and have visited many times. My favorite smoothie is the almond mocha high protein. It seems that about every 7 to 8 smoothies that I order is just not made correctly. I have taken it back and I have told the past manager and the new manager Liz about this. And she is wonderful and trying to make the place more consistent. But just today again after I've had no problems having several almond mocha high protein smoothies, I get to the bottom of the cup and it's like a big lump of ice. It's just not right. The consistency should be the same all the way through. It is just not always convenient just turning around and taking it back. Especially when I order a large and it can take me a while to get to the bottom of the cup and realize the situation. I'm just getting frustrated now and feel like I have to stop going. I have complained more than three times now and I feel uncomfortable. I don't want Liz the manager to think that I'm just making this up to get free drinks. That would really be disturbing to me and I would never do anything like that anyway. So I'm not sure what I will do. It's a big disappointment and I just don't understand why it's so hard to make it consistent almond mocha high protein drink every time? read more

I have been an on and off regular here for about 6 years and order the same thing every time- Banana berry treat! Funny story behind this, I ordered a different berry smoothie (can't remember the name of it) and the worker accidentally made a banana berry treat for me. And ever since that day I order it all the time! The manager is a very kind man and trains his staff very well. I love going here for not only the workers but the delicious smoothies!
