This location is in San Antonio's Medical Center where there are quite a few food options. Nice spot, very laid back guys, good service. It's summer, so the watermelon mojito was featured. It was okay, but probably not a good-to. read more

Trinity was so helpful and friendly! great service and watermelon smoothies for me & my three kiddos! Thanks girl!

This is a great smoothie place. I ordered four different flavors to give it a fair review. The first drink Lemon Twist is really good the lemon is faint but its there and the berries overpower it. The second one being strawberry kiwi breeze is delicious and the best out of the four flavor wise you can taste all the fruits individually so it has a nice punch. The third is island impact this tastes very tropical and earthy its good. The last one is pineapple surf its the basic out of the four flavor wise but good. Overall the consistency is creamy blends with protein additions. Would come again knowing the specific ones I like based on the flavor quality being tasty and nutritional. read more

Just went to this location on NW 410. Staff did not acknowledge the customers that walked in. I didn't catch theirs names but it was the crew that was working tonight 3/23/26. The girl making my bowl was very rude and just threw it across the counter. read more

I went through the drive thru and the guy taking my order kept cutting me off before I could finish. I'm pretty sure he wasn't paying attention because I asked for Almond milk instead of regular milk but after drinking the smoothie I got gas, an upset stomach and the runs. That's the first time that has happened to me after drinking a smoothie. That was yesterday and I am still feeling bad. read more

Very rude and dismissive staff. Came here 9/12 at 11am and the girl at the register didn't seem to want to take my order let alone talk to me. Will not be coming back read more

I was calling this location's phone number for five minutes straight and no one picked up. Yes it was almost closing time but that's the reason why I was calling to ask if they had what I wanted and if it was OK and if it could be ready in time by the time I almost got there And I get there to the location before it closes and the lady that's working today October 26, 2025 tells me that the phone wasn't working so then I tested it out and called the phone number and the phone rings meaning she lied to me because she didn't wanna serve me Just because it's almost closing time and then they ended up not having what I wanted or maybe they just didn't wanna do it for me since they were being lazy. read more

The drive thru line was super efficient and the staff was friendly. I was looking for something different and they gave some suggestions. The smoothie was delicious. read more

I'm not a smoothie kind of person, but I needed a gift card. So, when I stopped by, I decided to also get myself a smoothie and see what the buzz is all about. I was a little overwhelmed with all the choices. So many to choose from. I was surprised with the amount of sugar in some of these smoothies. I'm not a big stevia fan, so I couldn't get any of the lean ones. I ended up getting the island impact and the mango fest. Both had less calories than most, but they did have a good amount of sugar and carbs. The smoothies were both delicious and I can see how someone can enjoy these as a supplement for one of their meals. The staff was friendly and tried to assist me in my decision of what to order. read more

This is the worst location I've ever been too and I'm a Champion member. This is the second time in a row that they couldn't follow the directions on the receipt. Bland no flavor at all. They got a group of incompetent associates running this place. Not even a month ago they had a group that never got it wrong with the best tasting smoothies available. This new group needs to get fired. Pure dog water. Worst smoothie on the planet. Do better. Never going to this location again, I'll drive the extra 10 min to get a decent smoothie. One is understandable, two in a row is a trend. read more

Love their smoothies, though during the cold season, we don't get to order often. Always love how they make their smoothies as healthy as possible, almost no sugar added, if they need to they add healthier sweetener alternatives. On top of their great and delicious smoothies i alway love their customer service. read more

The staff was not very friendly. I tried to special order a smoothie with no banana. The cashier and the smoothie maker seemed irritated that I had a request. When it was done the smoothie maker put it on the counter and said banana smoothie then walked away. I had asked for no bananas. I said does this have banana in it. The cashier snapped back NO. It tastes like banana to me. But I dared not go back to have it made right or ever to back again. This is not the only place in SA to get an $8 smoothie read more

This Smoothie King is quick to fill your orders. Every time I've been there are at least two people working--one taking the orders and the other filling the orders. It's a very clean environment. I usually take my smoothies to-go, but they do have a small area to sit in-store and hang out. They've recently replaced the styrofoam cups to recyclable plastic cups, too, which is great. They offer a 10% military, law enforcement, and teacher discount. read more

Ken, Nicole and Ilan were so amazing today that I just had to leave a review (and I honestly never go out of my way to do this). They were so down to earth and made my smoothie ordering experience super welcoming and fun. On top of that, the smoothie came out perfect? Which can be hard with a smoothie stuffed with veggies. 10/10 returning to this location read more

Today I walked into smoothie king to place an order but almost immediately prior to ordering the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and made poorly watered down smoothies, this is highly unprofessional and the worst customer service we've experienced here and I hope mangement can fix their employees performance to prevent future situations such as this. Besides this poor experience the man taking our order was very respectful and helpful I hope his co-worker can reflect and take after him. read more

So I've been wanting to try this smoothie place forever & today I finally got to see what all the hype was about! It's in a odd location but it looks brand new. This location is very clean! The tables were clean, no trash and the snacks they sell were fully stocked. The menu is huge, it's one huge wall. They also have small hand out menus that you can take with you. I ordered a Banana Berry Treat and honestly it was delicious! It was definitely one of the best smoothies I've ever had! The small cup was more then enough, I was full with half a cup. The smoothie was perfectly blended it was creamy and not watery. The man that was helping us was very nice, asked us if we had ever been there and suggested a few of their popular drinks. He also told us to take our time and gave us hand out menus. Two awesome perks are: 1. The person that gives you your drinks will ask you to try it and make sure you like it. If your not satisfied they will make you a different drink! 2. The worker advised me of their Mobile App Rewards! I will definitely be back!! read more

My boyfriend and I literally got neon yellow pee from drinking the smoothies here. We did research and turns out the smoothies had too much vitamins in it which turned our pee like that. It was so uncomfortable. Also, when we were in my car, there was a rotten stench coming from my drink. I will never be coming back here, sorry. read more

The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with enthusiasm by every staff member and at 7 am I know it's not always the easiest to do. Clean, well organized, friendly staff. My only gripe is with this locations common sense. I asked for a small cup of water for my k9, after I had just purchased a smoothie. While someone was getting it, another staff member interjected that they wanted 15 cents for the small cup of water. I paid over 8$ for a simple simple smoothie. Do you know what a single 15 cent purchase on a credit card looks like to the store? No common sense here folks, will not be returning. read more

Amazing drinks and a large assortment of smoothies highly recommended if you haven't been here, very clean and service is good

I ordered an immune builder, 32 oz, I didn't know it came with plastic and pieces of tape. Well never be coming here again.

I give this place three stars because I do enjoy smoothie king. I've been going to smoothie king for almost 8 years recently in the past two years I've been going to this location off Highway 410. They are not consistent. I have been getting the same smoothie for eight years and this location for some reason cannot seem to get it right. I go every day and get it and pretty much every other day it's not right. The majority of the time is not right. I have complain to management they gave me a free smoothie that was made right. I go and get this on my way to work so having to stop go back inside and complain again and then have to wait longer kind of ruins my morning. And it sucks because this is the only smoothie king that's on my way to work. I just don't know if the employees don't care, if they don't have the proper training, maybe they don't have the proper tools. It's just a bummer that they just simply can't do it right. read more
