Horrible customer service, so much so I walked out without completing my order. If I could give it zero stars I would. I always give employees grace because they showed up for work, however there is something called being professional and providing half way decent customer service. I stopped in to grab the new blueberry lemonade smoothie. So, I saw the sign saying free upgrade on Fridays. I asked the employee were they still honoring that and he said "well is today Friday?" I had to pause for a minute bc I didn't know if he was being slick mouth or honestly didn't know. So, I just answered yes today is Friday and he replied, yes we are still doing the upgrades and it should come off automatically. Well after placing my order he added the upgrade and when he tried to scan my rewards barcode it took forever to populate. He stated that the system was moving slow and did I want to cancel the order and retry it. I stated that "idk it's up to you" he waited a few minutes then tried it again. All the while the one other employee was washing the blenders with an attitude and slinging stuff everywhere. Mind you there were only 4 people in the store and two of them were waiting on their orders. After he scanned my rewards, I asked him did it take my $3 off he said idk let me look. As he is checking the employee with the attitude tells him "you have someone else behind her". I was very shocked and ticked off bc he can clearly see another customer behind me , what did she want him to do?? Stop helping me to help the other guy. What she could have done was opened the other register to help him if she wanted to rush. I kindly told him to cancel my whole order bc I have never seen such rude behavior before , they acted like they had a store full of customers. As stated 4 people and that 4 included me. Worst service ever !!! Mind you I was only visiting in this area, so trust and believe I will not be back. Just nasty people. read more

Walked in on my 30 min lunch break to order an açaí bowl. After ordering, I waited for over 15 minutes while the 2 employees behind the counter fumbled around with 4 different things at once. After about 7 minutes, I let them know that I was on a short break and I continued to wait an additional 10 minutes while they left my half-made bowl on the back counter...uncovered. I was the only person in the store that had a walk-in order so I didn't understand why my order didn't take priority over the 10+ online order ticket trail they left dragging the ground. Another customer came in while I was waiting and I was disgusted as my order was left melting in the background. I have been going to this location for awhile has stopped for a while starting to go back to find out that they stopped letting the military spouses and dependent no longer can get a discount anymore . But I go to the others location they allow it . I walked in the store last night at 8:30pm to order a smoothie for my sick child. The door was still propped open, which was expected because everything says they close at 9pm. The employee gave me this look when I came in, so I asked if I can order something. I was told the store was "basically closed" and they're cleaning up so I was unable to order anything. I didn't have time to debate with the employee about the time, as I had to rush to find something else for my sick child. So maybe 9pm isn't the accurate time.... it's frustrating! read more

This is by far my favorite Smoothie King around Savannah area. With some, you have several lines that include put in order, pay for order and wait for smoothie to arrive lines which is illogical and confusing. This location uses logic by ordering and paying at first and then a general area to wait for smoothie to arrive which allows people to relax and talk to each other. Thank you. Super upset and quiet annoyed. We called pulled up at 745pm on Monday, the 20th of April. Began to order online, we placed our order by 7:39pm. Well when we pulled up at 7:45 there was a gentleman working and walked up and turned the open sign off. So we sat here patiently waiting to see if our order would be made for us. And nope. I have been going to for about a year now Smoothie King. I was surprised at the different variety of smoothies. Truly surprised it tastes awesome a My husband had the hydration watermelon smoothies and I had the lemon twist and passion smoothies . I'm not into health food but this change my mind set about health eating, because I am truly foodie real southern woman. Oh yeah the staff is friendly and the service is fast. I love smoothie king in general, but it seems it depends on who makes it. The manager makes them the best. She has seen my smoothie messed up, and remade it. But she has missed so many that they have served that weren't right. Also, they are under staffed, they should always have 2 people out front. The location kind of stinks too. This place was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude and were being lazy when making our smoothies. Holding the blender cup to their sides and hitting them against the counters as they were walking to the blender. Specifically a heavier set employee looked very unsanitary. When we walked in they had just finished moping, and when I say moping I mean throwing what seemed to be watered down bleach. Our eyes were burning 10 minutes after we had left. The whole experience literally left a bad taste in my mouth as each of our drinks were either watered down or just did not taste right. Lastly, they claimed they were only taking cash so we placed an order online right then and there which made both employees all the more disgruntled. And as customers kept walking you can hear one employees saying "they're still coming in". Which lead me to believe the floors and the cash only was just an excuse to not work. They are inconsistent with substitutions and don't care about the customers consistency. Meaning that the owner and manager witnessed a discrepancy with some employees allowing different substitutions for milk but the customer is left not getting the Smoothie substitutions that they normally purchased in the past.
