My son worked for the company - great company, great location. The lines were usually wrapped around to down the sidewalk. I loved the service, the smoothies, and the experience. Took over 25 minutes to get a smoothie. There was one person in front of me when I got there, and two behind me when I left. I sent my 11 year old in to grab herself as açaí bowl ( these are not cheap, around $12) The store manager was working. My daughter ordered her bowl and received a watery mess. She came out to the car visibly upset but said she didn't want to say anything because the "manager" would yell at her. I took the bowl back inside and stood by the counter for a few minutes. She didn't acknowledge me so I told her what was wrong and set it on the counter. She never spoke to me at all. Complained to her friend in the drive thru window how all anyone did was complain all day today. After about 10 minutes I told my daughter we should just leave since this manager still hadn't acknowledged us. We started to leave and she told us " she was making it and to calm down" I asked her how I was supposed to know that since she refused to acknowledge us. We did finally receive what we ordered but took almost 30 minutes to get it right. Owners might want to take a look at who they are hiring. This woman ( definitely an adult) is not happy with her job and was so overwhelmed by the 3 customers inside the store. The wait wouldn't have been an issue if she could have just let us know that she was fixing our order instead of complaining to her friend ( I hope this was a friend and not just another customer) Someone needs a class on customer service and just general manners. We frequent this store since it is right next to our high school and things have gone down hill drastically in the last year or so.Really wish someone would open another smoothie place walkable to Lassiter so we could avoid this one. read more

I started using this location two weeks ago. I ordered four separate times. I ordered on the app at noon. My plan was to pick it up on my way to work at 8pm. Every single time, the order was never ready and I had to wait for them to make it anyways. They sounded confused when I'd tell them my order name which is Emily....and ask if I ordered to the right location, which I had. I always order a combo with blueberries and raspberries. I also ask for the pure charge each time because I have to work a 10 hour shift over night after I pick this up. Every single time, I got bananas, Greek yogurt, and an obscene amount of ice. While on the phone w daughter in drive thru -ordered nutty super grain for me w substitute coconut h2o for apple juice due to ALLERGY. Was charged for both. Took 2 sips of smoothie immediately knew it was wrong. Checked receipt & saw apple juice and coconut h2o as add-on's. Called store @5:34pm - got vm. Left message, still no response. Went in next day 10/14 @ 3P, 2 teenage girls couldn't refund bc they haven't been trained. Said manager would be back in 20 min, came back & 17 yo "manager" refused to refund bc "we don't refund next day", "I can tell you took more than 2 sips", "management doesn't like us to give out their #" when I asked for owners contact info. (I had called within 30 minutes of purchase & left vm.) Mngr said "our phone doesn't work!" What kind of BS business doesn't have a working phone? I not only called immediately but took time & gas to come to store w receipt next day & was not refunded! If employees don't understand how to take a correct order, don't understand allergic reactions, don't know how to use a cash register & business doesn't have a working phone/no way to talk to owner then the business needs to be shut down! While the smoothies are okay (they are hit or miss most days), this Smoothie King is completely unreliable. I am currently sitting here at 9:30 AM when the store was supposed to open at 7 AM and they still are not open. This is not the first time that this is happened. The smoothies, themselves, can be hit or miss. I have gotten the same smoothly that tasted different and had a slightly different texture each time I got it. That doesn't bother me as much as them not being open when they are supposed to be. read more

Have been coming to this smoothie king for years ever since I was in middle school and I am now in graduate school. It has always been a great location. The only issue I have is the drive thru is a little complicated and the parking lot is small, but that's not a big problem. I personally love the Caribbean way, but have tried some of the Greek yogurt smoothies and enjoy those also. Great place for a smoothie and they are typically pretty fast service wise. read more

Absolutely terrible. I've been to many Smoothie King locations and I really do enjoy their smoothies. However, I came in to this location on a Friday around 8:25pm and was informed by the workers that they were already closed, despite their open sign being on and their door and website saying they were open until 9. This was very frustrating but I decided to give them another shot. I went through the drive-thru about a week later around 4pm and no one was there to take my order. I pulled up to the window and I saw no workers, but I did see multiple half full blenders behind the counter. I even went inside to see if anyone was working but there was no one. I will not be returning to this Smoothie King location ever again. read more

I never complain at a place where I eat food. But I will state my complaint here, as don't plan on returning to this Smoothie King. I have bought smoothies at this Smoothie King for a few years as a drive thru customer. They were great. The last year or so the service has been impolite. Regardless of now nice I am, they seem unable to smile or say "thank you". I have never ever complained or been anything but nice. Last time I ordered three of the same type smoothies. One tasted great, the other two tasted really watered down. I didn't ask them to correct the problem, given the unfriendly attitude of the girl working the window. For the last year i kept telling myself I won't go back. But I did go back, giving them many chances to be polite. Now that the actual product didn't taste normal, I'm done. I don't know what happened. Perhaps new management? Who knows? Anyway, they lost my business. I can make better smoothies for way less anyway. read more

Just came here with a coupon for a free small with a purchase of medium or large drink. Made my order telling them the small HAD to be dairy free-got to the window, handed them my phone with my coupon and sat for a minute. The guy comes back with my phone telling me that he can't accept digital coupons. Who tf prints coupons any more?? Also, it's pretty clear that both my friend and I have incorrect drinks. I have a dairy allergy and I made it clear. They don't seem to care seeing as the guy at the window looked high as a kite. Go to a different location if you want a smoothie. read more

I go to this location about once a week. The last 2 weeks the staff has been totally unfriendly. It almost seems like they are being put out when I ask them to make me a smoothie. I ordered a protein smoothie the last 2 weeks and shame on me made the same mistake by not tasting it until I got home. Both times the smoothie was so thick I couldn't drink from a straw, had to use a spoon. Not what you would expect when spending $9.50 on a large smoothie. Very disappointing considering I have been going to this location for years and usually they are very consistent and really good. Ordered a #gains smoothie from my boy pacmanGod and it was A1. My bench max increased by 150% and I can now squat a small truck. Just be sure to leave a tip or else you'll get looked at in a mean fashion. I made that mistake once and had nightmares for weeks. I visited a local witch doctor and she said to go back and tip them to lift the curse. I am all about lifting so I went back and tipped them. 8/10; will tip again. read more

I asked is this a joke and employee took it back, as they were smerking I could tell something was wrong.
