She couldn't give me an exact time to receive bananas and complete my order that I've already paid for so I told her I would attempt to cancel in the app. I provided feedback in the Smoothie King app for a resolution but I've only received an email from Shirlee Mendez of Smoothie King Guest Support passing the buck to the management team. Five years ago I stopped going to this location and drove out of my way to go to the 190 location and I had never had one single problem. Since I have changed locations and frequent the Florida location I have had nothing but problems one every five times.

I get inflation, and all the other excuses that are used, but to increase prices on some ice, powder, and maybe a half a piece of fresh fruit by more than 30% seems extremely excessive. I still visit and I think their smoothies are the best around but I've gone from a 2x a week customer to maybe 2x a month because of the crazy price increases. I'd also suggest downloading the app and ordering thru there since it's faster and your earn points/free smoothies, although I do miss the old school yellow punch cards ;).
