OK the Smoothie King that was close to my home was closed. So my grandkids wanted to go to the next one which is at this address. I pulled up to this location open the door, and an employee from inside a red car in front of the store, told us that the store was closed , and they're short staffed , so that's why we couldn't get in and make a purchase . So she says it's no one to service us . There were No customers, no employees inside ( even though front door is opened) and the establishment had No customers and no employee inside an opened establishment !!!! This is ridiculous!!!! The ladies were nice. The place was clean. We all liked our drinks. The only thing was mine wasn't full. These drinks aren't cheap and I got the biggest one. I just didn't feel I got what I paid for. read more

Great services the lady who took my order was super nice and she was giving me suggestions as it was my first time there.

Don't know of I came in at wrong time. It took me several minutes to find someone to take my order. Then someone finally came out who seemed like she would rather be elsewhere. After reluctantly taking my order, she proceeded to do other restaurant chores for several minutes before making my smoothie. The time order placed: Approx 12:12. Time order received 12:29. This was after looking for someone for several minutes. When I go in for a smoothie, I like to be in and out in 5 minutes(unless there's a large crowd). In this case I was the only one. So, 20 minutes to get a smoothie is ridiculous. read more

Ordered a smoothie bowl and smoothie after my workout & it was tremendous. Will definitely be going back an ordering.

This Smoothie King is great. Very clean and organized, and the lady in the front counter was super nice. I ordered a small Peach Slice Plus which had peaches, Strawberries, Papaya Juice and milk for $5.59. It was so yummy I couldn't even get a picture of it. LOL. I'll probably stop here often since it's located next to the nail salon imma starting coming to.

I went to this location before work just to start my day on a good note with an açai bowl. Well, my experience there wasn't so good. I walked in and wasn't greater by this young man. The whole conversation was silent. When it was time to give me my change he kinda threw it in my hand. I did fell out a survey and I was called my the district manager (who was super sweet by the way) and she told me to come back and give them another chance. Well I did that this morning....and when I first initially walked in, there was nobody there in the front. Once I saw the young gentleman that helped me the first time I knew it was going to be a bad situation again like the first one so I just walked out. I will never go back to this location again I work in healthcare and if I were to approach a patient with an attitude or did not seem welcoming, I would lose my job and I feel like that is just uncalled for if you don't want to work somewhere, you don't have to, but you should have a great attitude when you see people It's just not gonna work for me anymore. I tried to give them another chance and once I saw the young gentleman, I stated before I just walked out and left. I it does not. It does not take a lot. I am all for forgiveness, but this is just not okay. read more

Went there for the first time on my lunch break. I had the Acai Bowl and it was the best by far. I loved it! Will definitely be going back.

Haven't been to SK in awhile. Pleasant service and my kale smoothie was delicious!! I see there was a price increase since I last graced their doors. But so worth it! Many vegan options now as well. Yep will be returning especially to this location! read more

Visited this location today. I walked in and was warmly greeted. The place was very clean and I immediately noticed that they had a 100 health score. Ok... that made my visit even better. The employees were very engaging and helpful. I have gotten accustomed to only getting the Vegan Pineapple Spinach. I LOVE IT! That is my favorite one. Try it... you will be pleased. Anyway... visit this location. You won't be disappointed. read more

Went on a Friday evening and Saturday morning. The product i enjoyed both times are delicious, excellent smoothies. Mango Kale Vegan, and the Peach Slice Plus. Service is where this location needs improvement. All 3 employees I interacted with were clearly not pleased to be at work. Such great potential. I sure hope they can improve and grow this business. read more

Usually a really great stand-up smoothie king with fantastic smoothies! The service in person is usually pretty smooth sailing. However, whoever was working on December 23rd at 3pm was not at all in the slightest even minorly a reflection of the usually great work ethic. I called atleast five times. First i was interested in calling and seeing about a job, so i called, which was faced with a pick up and then a hang up. I know they answered, I could hear my voice in the microphone! This was then rudely repeated once more. The rest of the times i called they just let it keep ringing. Answering the phone is likely one of the easiest parts of this job, not to mention I was literally just gonna ask if they were hiring. I hope this person has a terrible no good very bad day and I really want whoever you are to reconsider your position here because it seems like genuinely the easiest job ever and you being the lazy bum that you are can't even pick up the phone. Generally though i'm fine of course and this whole ordeal was pretty insignificant, almost so much so that i'd reconsider posting this review if I didn't know it would make me feel better. read more

I'm finding it increasingly harder to find Smoothie King's these days. I feel like I'm always having to venture further than I'd like to get to one, and you'd be surprised how many locations don't actually exist anymore. I had a major hankering for a Smoothie the other night after leaving the Gym, and could not, for the life of me, find one. Thankfully this one popped up on my Yelp App, just a little out of the way from where I needed to go. It is located off Sugarloaf Pkwy, not too far from 316, going towards Lawrenceville. There was decent parking available, and the store was clean. Most people are already familiar with the Smoothie King offerings. My two favorites are The Hulk and the Banana Boat. I opted for the Strawberry Hulk this go around and a medium size (WHY would you need larger, unless you're sharing with three other people). I must say, the Smoothie kind of makes my throat dry some, and I'm not the biggest fan of the strawberry. However, The Hulk ALWAYS hits the spot. You can't really leave disappointed when you get a Smoothie. However, the guy working behind the counter was friendly and noticed the running shirt I had on. We had a quick chat, and I realized he was a pretty good runner at one of my former rival high schools. He made the trip there at least a little more enjoyable. I'd recommend this location. read more

Every single time I try it's a hit or miss on the card machine... I don't get it..?? Why isn't the card machine working? I've went to this location in total of 5 times in the past two months, and 3/5 times the card machine was down. WHYYYYYYYY?????? read more

I ordered a smoothie and asked for her to add spinach. She repeated it back to me and it was labeled on my receipt but then while watching her make it she never added the spinach. I asked her before she went to mix it if she had added the spinach and she said yes. She gave it to me and just lied to my face. So I told her there was no spinach in the smoothie and she refused the remake it or own up to her mistake. Terrible service!!!! read more

Got here at 700 and closes at 900. Worker was in the lobby and just laughed when we passed by after not being attended for 15 min

Only one worker. Was there for an hour to get four drinks. Third in line. The three people in back of me ended up leaving.

the owner of this store is very touchy with his employees and doesn't give very good service. he is also very mean and impatient when it comes to customer service with men it seems but with women it's seems to be a different case. So I did my research and found something interesting. read more

I usually come to this smoothie king before the gym all of the time. Tonight i came & the lady behind the counter mixed up my order with another woman's order. She wasn't sure whose they were. They were all passing the smoothie around , therefore i asked nicely could mine be remade over into a different cup to the the fact that I'm big on germs & they still weren't even sure if it was the correct smoothie. I didn't want it to be a confusion due to the fact that I'm highly allergic to pineapples & i asked for banana. When i asked for it to be made over to assure it's the right one the woman & man were extremely rude. At the end of the day the customer is ALWAYS right & if i was not comfortable drinking out of a cup that no one was sure if it was even the right smoothie then it should have been immediately made over with no hesitation. read more

So this place has some amazing people and a wonderful owner ! Best smoothies made . But omg it never has enough help ! Corporate needs to give them more hours or over lap or something! . Other then that it always smells freshly clean and stacked well with goods. read more

I use to like coming to this location at least four times a week. But I had to stop because of the staff and well as the multiple changes to this store. Because of this store I have completely stopping dealing with smoothie king. I have come to this establishment several times and my order was not ready and they would just be setting up over an hour after they were suppose to open. I always preorder my items on the app but it does no good because when you get to the location your order is still not ready. I have had to cancel several orders and I have yet to get a refund because the employees told me to go through corporate; I reached out to corporate who says no they do not do that and that I had to go to the store. I went back to the store and they continue to say that I have to speak with the owner who is never there. So can someone explain to me how I am suppose to get a refund if no one at corporate nor at the store handles that? I have been waiting for these refunds for over three months. Also they continuously changing staff as well as open and close times. This is just the worse store I have ever went to for service. read more

Very understaffed. Looked like only one person was working, bless their heart. Smoothie was ordered online but wasn't ready. They said he was making it at the moment, but I had to wait 20-25 minutes. SMOOTHIE KING 3375 Sugarloaf Parkway Suite 106, Lawrenceville, GA 30044 I visited this location on July 20, 2014, ordered three different smoothies (was with my two nephews), Pineapple Surf, Berry Punch, and Apple Kiwi Kale. The service was professional and friendly. The prices are excellent, and the taste of these drinks was simply mind blowing. I encountered a brain freeze that I hadn't had in many years - it cracked me up! Many different types of smoothies, I selected from the "Snack Right". Here's the breakdown of our orders? Pineapple Surf: Pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, vanilla protein blend, vanilla, turbinado & honey Berry Punch: Strawberries, blueberries, raspberry sorbet & electrolyte mix Apple Kiwi Kale: Kale, Apple Juice, Kiwi Juice Blend, Bananas, Electrolyte Mix Have a "smooth" day! read more

Last time I was at this location was 4 yes ago... I didn't like it so I never came back.... Well as you notice I'm here, I wanted breakfast but nothing heavy the other smoothie spot I wanted to try is closed on Sundays so since I was getting my nails done with my daughter I figured I'd try smoothie king again. This time I must say the experience was different it was clean and my Island smoothie is on point. I see they have an app now - perks and pricing is always a good thing! read more

I hadn't had smoothies in a long time so I came to this establishment. I didn't have any problems on wait time except for the norm. I only had one guy ahead of me and at the time there was only one person working. To me, it was pretty quick service, I guess due to the fact that I was reading their entire menu for the smoothies as they have a wide variety. So I settled for the strawberry hulk and tried some of the veggie chips they had. Next time I'm in that area, I will most definitely go back. read more

If you're thinking of grabbing a quick smoothie just keep driving. Go to the one on lawrenceville suwanee or in Duluth or wherever just don't even think of stopping here. I went in for today's $5 medium deal. I even made sure the sign was there before ordering. I waited about 15-20minutes before I got to the register. The guy says $6.36. Tax isn't that much. Whatever. They say they have some special stipulation so I say, make it fit the stipulation. They all look dumbfounded and refuse to do anything. I was apparently speaking another language. Then the manager starts flipping out because there's a line. Yes there's a line when you're slow and are slowing things down. So I don't like arguing so I walk out. Then I realized my lunch break is half over and I have no time. I go back in where the manager continues to flip out but I want my drink. I eventually got it for the $5 price but my goodness it shouldn't be this difficult. I must add that they did a similar thing to the girl that was in line ahead of me. Absolutely horrible. If you treat your customers like crap, they won't be back. read more

I really dislike this Smoothie King location. Does not appear fully clean, charges more than other Smoothie Kings, and not the most personable staff.
