Really nice experience :) The store has definitely improved over the last year! The employee was very kind and patient, and gave me time to look at the menu without it being awkward (lol). They were also able to suggest an interesting smoothie that I actually ended up really liking! I could tell they were working alone (teenager too), so given that, they were handling the drive-through orders + my order really well! the girl working 11/6/25 was so rude. didn't even say hello for 5 minutes. Asked for my order twice because wage wasn't listening. Just an awful attitude If you're not enjoying your job that's fine, but don't take it out on paying customers. And then proceeded to take a drive thru order and give the their order first. This specific location on multiple occasions often has workers who do not wear gloves when making and handling smoothies. What bothered me today was the gentlemen who made our smoothies had the dirtiest fingernails! It was disgusting watching him scoop ingredients up with his hands touching the ice and powder mix. This is a very hipster and clean place to pick up a smoothie. They have a drive through and or dine in. The employees are very patient, helpful and polite. Ernie got the peanut butter power and I got the vegan berries smoothie. Both were delicious. read more

They were super nice. My son has horrible social anxiety and I sent him in to a Smoothie King to getA smoothie. They were very nice to him and they didn't rush him and they didn't make him feel stupid. Smoothie King is my favorite smoothie chain. I love that it has low carb/sugar, high protein options found with their Gladiator smoothies. All others I've found at competitors don't offer anything within parameters I need for my lifestyle. The smoothies taste great and they often have offers if you get their emails. The only thing I'd suggest is when using the app, provide an itemized receipt prior to paying so I know if the discount was taken off or if it was from a gift card. That can be annoying not to know what offer was used or if it was used. read more

Visited today, ordered two smoothies, a strawberry immune booster for my friend, and a second strawberry/chocolate protein one for me. The service was very good. I had a few questions, they were answered promptly. The guy on the register was new and was friendly, got help when needed to answer one of my questions. The restaurant was very clean, not too cool or too hot, comfortable climatically. My friend had never had a smoothie before and really enjoyed hers. Ordered through the app and got a slim n trim strawberry and a Keto champ chocolate, which is what my boyfriend always gets. I drank my smoothie on the way to his house which is like 10-15 minutes away and then I gave him his and it wasn't a Leto champ chocolate. We opened the lid and it wasn't even brown. When I pay 10$ for a god damn smoothie I expect it to be perfect. I called the place and told them and they said "oh well you can come back and we can remake it we must've forgot the chocolate." First of all how do you forget the chocolate in a smoothie that literally has the word chocolate in it. Second of all it is 4:30 rush hour traffic and y'all are located on beach Blvd. My car get 10 miles a gallon I am not interested in wasting anymore gas for the half assed quality this store brings. So I have never had problems with Smoothie King before, but this is the first time I came in and had multiple problems. First off I was the second person in there yet it took forever to even get my stuff. Then to make matters worse they give me my smoothies and they're in the wrong size order. Beware of this location. Not all are the same but I went to this one today. I asked if they can make my smoothie in a fresh clean blender and scoop the powder from the container instead of from the counter. The assistant manager came over because the poor kid taking my order didn't know how to handle my request. First thing the assistant manager did was raise his voice and point to a sign on the wall that says he can not guarantee no cross-contamination. He must have said it a million times. Then he told me he couldn't confirm the protein powder was gluten-free even though it said it on the container. He said he "wasn't trained in gluten allergies". At that point I had paid and asked for a refund because I could tell he didn't want to deal with a customer who has celiac disease and who requires something out of the norm. The poor guy who tried to issue me a refund was new and didn't know how to do it so I had to wait 15 minutes for him to call the manager on the phone. It was a horrible experience. This is why I typically don't eat out sadly. More training needs to be done for people with dietary restrictions. It's already difficult walking into a place to make a particular request but when faced with someone who had no empathy or could care less makes it very upsetting. The manager asked for my name and number to follow up but have yet to hear from her. read more

My go-to is the Nutty Super Grain. It has several healthy ingredients I wouldn't typically eat but they're all disguised in a yummy peanut butter, nut infusion. De-lish. Even though Smoothie King serves consistent tasting smoothies at each location and is always clean, I can't give more than three stars because the fruit is not fresh and sugar is added to most smoothies. And those prices - they're a little outrageous. This location has a drive-thru. read more

Asked a few times about scanning my rewards app. Then I asked if we do the scanning at the end, as this was how another smoothie king operated in Panama City Beach. Never got a clear answer. I asked again as we were getting our change back and the cashier said "oops well you can scan the receipt". The receipt machine was jammed/out of paper. Another employee came over and opened the top and pulled out about 2-3 feet of crimped paper that had apparently been jammed up in there for a while. He then proceeded to reprint a bunch of other receipts trying to find the most recent one (ours) so I could scan for my points. After reprinting about 4, he said he was sorry but couldn't reprint ours...and added that I should ask them to scan my phone beforehand. I told him I did ask in fact ask beforehand and never got any response. My phone was laying face up with my QR code on the table waiting to get scanned too ‍ Will not come back to this location any more. read more

As a smoothie aficionado, I tend to frequent smoothie king. This particular location is literally awful. Had a horrid experience with a bad banana when I ordered the Passion Passport. I brought the smoothie back, and they made another one. Considered the possibility that maybe they just don't have good bananas so I ordered something that couldn't be slaughtered- an Island Impact. This one was actually worse than the one with the disgusting, expired banana. This place truly takes the cake as the worst smoothie king I have ever been to..incompetence at its worst. read more

Great smoothies but EXPENSIVE!! Also I ordered a small but asked to have it split between two cups for my kids, and they charged me $ .15 each for 2 cups on top of the smoothie price! They were cheap styrofoam cups! If they really felt they needed to charge for the extra cup, then wouldn't it be 1 cup charge and not 2 anyway?
