My first time at this location. I ordered from the app and asked for it to be ready at 12:15pm. I arrive at 12:25pm with no cars in the drive thru or any customers inside. Because of Covid they are still closed inside. Anyway, the employee unlocked the door and kindly asked what I need and told them I made a pick up order on the app. They were looking for it and realized they hadn't made it yet. I've come to this place multiple times before work around 7:30 and the place is never open on time! The place opens at 6:30. I've called to express my concerns.The "owner" eventually called me back being passive aggressive and rude. He calls just to tell me that his employee was late those times. Sir... This is our quick stop after a workout or if we are trying to find a meal replacement on a busy day. I order either the Keto Berry or a Chocolate Shredder. I often add some extra fiber or some sort of energy mix depending on my mood. The store is extremely clean and the workers are always friendly. When asking if an add-on will go well with a particular blend, they have always given us great advice. They also carry some great snacks. I had a horrible experience at Smoothie King and would like a response.  I recently started going to Smoothie King because the doctor told me that my husband and kid needs to lose weight.  They supplement some meals with a smoothie.   I decided to frequent the Fall Creek location because the reviews regarding the Summer Creek location was not good.   I was not required to lose any weight from the doctor but often partake in the enjoyment of a smoothie because they are quite tasty.  I often order the lil angel with frozen yogurt.  I want to make sure I don't have any health issues so I order the kid size.   Many times I tell the associate to add energy boost-I consider it a substitute for coffee.  This morning I went and I ordered 2 little angels and I requested one have the energy boost.  Mr. Lindell advised me that I could not have the energy boost in a kid sized smoothie.  That was the first I heard of this as this was not my first time requesting this. As of matter fact, we got this yesterday at the Kirby location in Houston.  I asked him who says I can't have energy boost in my smoothie and he said it was Smoothie Kings policy.    If that is in fact the policy I have a problem with that and I would like a call back or email back.  I dont think Smoothie King cant tell me what to drink or tell me what to allow my kid to drink.   I want to know if this is in fact the smoothie king policy.   The pic will show the response from corporate read more

Horrible, they even had their updated hours on the door, the time they are supposed to close is listed at 8pm, got here at 7:00 and they had the door locked. Almost every time I come to this location something goes wrong. The line was short when I pulled it it was only two cars in line at about 7:20 am. I pulled up to the speaker and made my order. When I made it to the window she repeated I waited about 4 minutes at the window of her making other smoothies. She then repeated some of the order which I thought she was just verifying. She made my order but only what she repeated to me. When I asked where was the other smoothie I ordered initially she cut her eyes at me and told me to pull to the front so she could make it. The first time I went to this Smoothie King I had great service. However on my third visited I said I would never return. The service was bad!!! And since this is a new location I expected better, but was leaving room for error. Walk through the door one of the worker stated "Y'all decided to come in and not use the the drive through". This lady haven't never seen me or know me. What happened to "Hello or Good Morning". Then I ordered the same thing as I had did once before (42oz and a kids smoothie and the employee said the kids smoothie was at no charge because I had purchased a 42 oz), but on this particular visit the employee started it was not free - it is free with the 32 oz and not the 42 oz. I still had my receipt and presented it to her. Plus, the employee that had taken my order said the kids smoothie was at no charge because I had purchased the 42 oz.
