I used to stop by all the time, unfortunately I'll have to find a new location. Went today to get some smoothies and the employee was so rude on the speaker for drive thru. She first didn't answer us for at least two minutes then proceeded to cut us off in the middle of taking our order when we weren't finished placing it. She was rude and rushing us then said "just come to the window I'll take your order there". We left not wanting to deal with her anymore. It says on a sign they're under new management, but seems as though they're understaffed. I understand working in the food industry may be overwhelming for some people. I have gone to this Smoothie King location sporadically. Comparing this location to other Smoothie King locations, it has been on par. I have never had an issue with this location. I have not ever had any issues with the staff. They have always has been cool with me and my order has normally come out in a timely manner. This location also has a drive through. The only negative with this location (8303 - C Highway 6 N and West Road) is that it is a high traffic area. read more

Smoothie King selections are much more appropriate for what I am looking for. Unfortunately, this location Didn't Do It For Me. Why? Service was outrageous. I went through the drive thru to order two drinks. I requested if they could split one drink into two cups and they said they needed to charge me. I asked them if I could just do it myself and they said they wanted to charge me for the cups. I've gone to Smoothie King multiple times and I've never gotten charged for an extra cup. Whatever, $0.25 isn't so bad. So whenever I pulled up I just said I would like to purchase a cup. She took my money and close the door. The gentleman who gave me the drink kind of just looked at me and walked away after I told him I would like a cup. I was waiting at the window for about 5 minutes. no one was acknowledging me and the woman who took my order finally came out after I knocked on the window. I told her I wanted to purchase a cup already and still, she looked at me dumbfoundedly. Not sure what the whole issue was but drive-thrus are supposed to be very convenient. Although it took a while for me to get my drinks, it took a long time to get a cup. Cup is nothing that needs to be made just taken at the station.
