I really enjoy Smoothie King - spend $20, at least - almost EVERY DAY. This location AS MUCH as I'd like to say good things, I cannot. Service is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! Almost EVERY SINGLE time I come in. I always order in advance. I always have to wait an additional 10+ mins for my order. I order the EXACT SAME two smoothies every time: customized Banana Berry treat & a Power Meal SPNACH pineapple. Can't count how many times they have handed me a YELLOW smoothie with a sticky sticker that says....spinach. I'm here now waiting...ordered, in advance, 20 mins ago. I guess I'm going have stop spending almost $100.00/week here. SO disappointing. read more

The wait time for the smoothie and bowl I received yesterday was way too long. There were people who came after me who received their order before mine. I think they may have been short staffed - however the customer service was awful. read more

They have always made the Smoothie bowl order right. (Other locations fill it halfway or miss an ingredient or it's frozen solid - for some reason always an issue.) This location is on top of it! Thank you! read more

Smoothie King - Island Impact and Strawberry Breeze - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Homewood, Illinois

Just like everything else in Homewood, the wait is too long. I wouldn't even attempt walking in. The two times I've tried to come here. The line is so long It's not even worth waiting. read more

I wanted a split with acai and coconut sorbet, but this new WEIRD manager told me I can't get that when I was here last week, and got the spilt. It's the darkskin with dreads, a beard, and a weird ass stare. Ruined my whole day. Besides that, everyone else was helpful besides him. Don't forget to mention he was giving me an attitude. The service is terrible. One person working while the other is one phone talking to someone about personal life

I've gone to this business twice and both times I've received my order after the people who was in line behind me. It's not first come first serve. Better customer service is needed. read more

Great service! The employees are very welcoming and always greet you with a warm welcoming!

3 out of 3 is bad! I am just baffled by the wait time at the Homewood location. We waited at the register for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement that we were there to be told they were only taking cash. They left a spilled drink on the floor and didn't make people aware that they needed to be careful. Non engaged with the customers, just an embarrassment to the franchise in my opinion. The owner of this franchise should send someone in to see this crew in action. read more

Great drink; greater service. I went to Smoothie King on a Friday afternoon, while in the middle of a busy workday. I was greeted to amazing energy, and the overall willingness to serve. it was it was so refreshing to see such excellent customer service. And the drink was good too. read more

Absolute worst service ever. My wife and I walked in and were second in line, and the crew didn't even greet us until we waited for 10min. They didn't take anyone in the line's order until we had waited that period of time. Then, after taking the order of the couple in front of us, they waited an additional 5min before taking our order. Then, they took 20-25min to deliver our smoothies. And during that time, the lady behind the counter went to the back for 8min leaving the young gentleman behind, who was working as slow as molasses. The young lady had a particularly terrible attitude which could seem in the look in her eyes and the way she listlessly went about her work. If I were the owner, I would never let someone with this attitude and lack of work ethic near my business. There was no mention of an apology for the wait. They were dead silent except for when taking orders, and even then they didn't greet the customers. And, while we were waiting for our smoothies, one customer walked out after waiting in line for 10min without so much as a welcome from the two workers behind the counter. Not to mention the store was exceptionally dirty. We made the mistake of ordering from this establishment. I would suggest that you don't. read more
