There was ample parking and it was easy to get in and out. The interior is decorated comfortably so you can sit and enjoy your drink if you choose. It is also very clean! Let me first start by saying one of the most remarkable things about this location is the ladies who work here. They are both extremely sweet and gave me a warm welcome. They have a lot of great items to choose from so I was undecided but they helped me out. Today I opted for the caramel cake meal replacement. I got it with whipped cream and toppings because why not, right? The first sip was heaven, like a flavor explosion with my favorite things, cake and caramel! I plan to try a loaded tea on my next visit. My son got the watermelon jolly rancher and he loved it!

The service was good they were not busy at all so it was easy to get what we needed and sat down where ever we liked! The ambiance of the ice cream parlor is festive and colorful! There is lots to choose from so depending on what you would like to eat whether it be ice cream or the many different items on the menu the choice is yours! The price is well if I'm being honest kinda pricey for the mangonada without a tip is $12.83, so be prepared to pay a bit for what you're looking for! We will be back to get another Mangonada and maybe try something else as well!!

Opted for the iced green tea and mushrooms and onion panini. Green tea was great and the panini had a lot of flavor. My only gripe was that it wasn't really a panini. Just toasted bread vs pressed bread with a nice crunch on the outside. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that, I would recommend them. I like that they have an automated machine that dispenses sugar.

Second time to experience this establishment. First time was great. But, THIS TIME... MY WORD!!! I…read moreordered the same thing as last time except I ordered a side of mixed vegetables. Went thru the drive thru and was gonna eat when I got home. Entire contents of the bag was covered in vegetable juice. Whatever no biggie. I just cleaned it off. I opened my sushi to take a bite and realize, this isn't good. I look at the menu bc I know what I ordered had some sort of mayo and eel sauce on top of it (I wouldn't want a sushi roll without it in general). I compare it to the details of the roll on the menu and in deed, I am missing both sauces on top of my roll. This is in fact what prompted me to call the establishment to let them know of the 2 things that was wrong so maybe they could have a talk w someone who's working these areas so it can be improved. Upon calling, I immediately ask for a manager. She was she. I politely explain what happened starting with the vegetables and then explained I was missing sauces on my roll and another woman, A RUDE WOMAN, speaks and says ur ticket said no sauce so thats why you got no washi sauce. I explained I didn't request "no sauce" when placing my order and I dont know WHO YOU ARE...!! Im also looking at my ticket, its in my hand as Im talking to her and it does NOT say "no sauce" btw. She explains she is the, GET THIS?! OWNER.... Although I didn't tell her I was looking at my ticket. I did explain if "my ticket said no washi mayo" then why don't I have eel sauce? She gets extremely rude and says I MADE UR ROLL MYSELF, I DID put washi mayo and eel sauce on ur roll... She speaks to someone on her end of the phone asking if they made the Mississippi Roll and I said I ordered a ninja roll. I think ur mistaking me with someone else. Again, being a raging bitch for no good reason AT ALL! Pretty much calling me a liar, I argue, Im looking at my roll and there is no sauce- I'll send u the picture. She said with more attitude you can come back and we'll put the sauce on the side. I explain I was just calling to let you know about some hiccups but obviously you wouldn't give a shit bc ur THE OWNER & THIS IS HOW UR ACTING... starting to finally lose my cool I say, No, I don't intend to waste my gas coming back up there. But ur customer service is shit. & she hangs up. Cool, thats fine. I just want people to know the owner is a JOKE!!! ACCUSATIONS, PRETTY MUCH CALLED ME A LIAR, all while calm btw,BTW, INSTANTLY DISPLAYED MAJOR ATTITUDE FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF BEING ON THE PHONE. SHE DIDN'T INTRODUCE HERSELF (I DIDNT EVEN KNOW SHE WAS ON THE PHONE) BC I WAS POLITELY TALKING TO SOMEONE ELSE AND MS. CANT BE WRONG JUST JUMPED IN OUR CALL WITH SOME SERIOUS TONE AND ACCUSATIONS. THE WAY SHE HANDLED THE CALL AND HERSELF IS SOMETHING IVE NEVER EVER SEEN BEFORE. IVE NEVERRR MADE A YELP REVIEW, THIS IS A FIRST, BUT SHE IS A BITCH. AND THIS PLACE WONT BE OPEN LONG WITH THIS SORT OF EXAMPLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WONT RETURN MERELY BC OF THE WAY SHE SPOKE TO ME... NOT BC OF THE MISSING SAUCE AND SPILLAGE OF JUICE. I WONT RETURN BC SHE IS AWFUL!!! Negative 5 stars for management. The sweet young girl in the window is amazing thou. Both times.

Everything was also very clean, which made the space feel even more inviting. The shop definitely has great potential. My only downside was staffing. He was clearly overwhelmed, but he was also super friendly and doing his absolute best to keep up. Even with no line, I still waited about 10 minutes just to place my order. That said, the coffee was actually really good and reasonably priced. With a little better staffing, this place could easily become a go-to spot.
