Juicy Caboosy serves delicious food that's on the lighter side while having good enough portion sizes to get you through the day. The day was too hot to be outside, so the air conditioned, enclosed patio next to the caboose was quite welcome. But we're both looking forward to when the temperatures come down so we can enjoy the outdoor area in front of the caboose...perhaps with some cocktails.
