They have made everything bright and welcoming inside. While it is a small space they have the capability to seat a variety of group sizes. Their menu is a little overwhelming as they have a LOT to choose from. I love their sushi and my fiance loves their bento boxes. Everything is always delicious and the plating for the sushi is a work of art! The staff are friendly and efficient. They prices are very fair. This is a great place to come for sushi!

It was more of a vinaigrette dressing - so that was pretty disappointing. My son and his girlfriend got the Miso soup and neither one of them liked their soup. My daughter got chicken tenders and fries (she isn't quite into sushi yet, or seafood at all). She said they were the best chicken tenders she ever had. I really wanted the Pebble Beach roll, that has always been my favorite. The waitress said they have been out of scallops for three months. She stated they could go to a grocery store to get them, but their chain restaurant has certain place they purchase their seafood. That was a bit surprising!!! I always thought this was a somewhat local test owned by one person. Maybe it was bought out after COVID???

My wife and I shared some crab rangoons, which were quite large and had a nice crunch plus a decent amount of filling. They just came late when they should have been an appetizer. I had the chicken and shrimp hibachi which was great and I brought about 1/3 of it home. You get plenty of meat and veggies with it for twenty bucks. My wife had just the chicken hibachi which was five dollars less. We both got eggdrop soup and it is always good. We also ordered a sushi roll and they have a couple dozen specialties that are very good. They make fat rolls covered with toppings and really know what they are doing. Ours had shrimp, crawfish, and spicy tuna for about fifteen dollars, which is pretty normal pricing. I like the food here but they really could make more of an effort. Our server was overwhelmed and we still tipped well despite some mistakes. It baffles me that they have no social media presence besides some pages that haven't been updated since the Obama administration.

When looking at the sign on the front it says that the sushi is imported which I appreciate the transparency. The service was alright. Normally when we come into sushi restaurants they feel welcoming. We weren't greeted or seated when we arrived and just stood for a minute. The front door shuts loud so don't be too startled like me. Then when it came to putting in our order they seemed dismissive and never really checked on us or refilled our waters. They were kind enough to modify some things with our order and I appreciated it. The ambiance was nice and spacious. I like the sushi photos and I'm glad they kept the yellow walls from 8 years ago. It really was nostalgic coming here.
