Smoothie King is a perfect way to end a 5K! Thank you Smoothie King Desoto & Grand Prairie for supporting Knetic RX 5K event in Cedar Hill. The employees were so friendly and welcoming. They had so many goodies for us to pick from. I had their mango flavored smoothie which was pretty good. They also had samples of their avocado toast. It was SO yummy! Especially after a run/walk it's refreshing to have. I'll definitely be back! Thank you Smoothie King! read more

Service always seems to suck at this location but it works when you want something healthy-ish in a pinch. I'd recommend they focus on their customer service in addition to the large portion sizes they offer read more

Went through the drive thru today, and the employee was very kind. My loud diesel truck makes it hard to hear me, but she was great. I learned that you can get butter pecan flavor in the gladiator chocolate coffee... which is yummy. I will try that next time. Also, I love that they have espresso for their smoothies. I'm a smoothie king rookie, so forgive my ignorance. Lol Great convenient location. read more

I pulled up to the drive-thru ready to order, and after saying "hello" multiple times with no response, I drove to the window. I saw three employees inside who all had headsets on clearly noticed me, yet not one of them acknowledged me. I waited several more minutes and still nothing, which forced me to get out and go inside. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of basic customer service at this location is beyond frustrating. read more

So glad this Smoothie King location is in a convenient spot. My order has always been accurate whether I order in-store, drive in, or mobile app. I try to order something new with each visit. So far, my favorite is the immune builder superfood. read more

Absolutely terrible experience at this Smoothie King! I called in advance about 15 minutes before closing to order because I knew I would be there about 2 minutes before closing time and they took my order and told me it would be ready for me as soon as I got there. When I arrived on time they acted oblivious like I didn't call and they said they were closed and I looked behind the counter and they had nothing made essentially ignoring my entire call. It was very disheartening and frustrating to deal with the workers at this location who made me feel like I was dumb and that were beyond lazy. Don't give this location your money! read more

Edgar and his crew, fast and polite! my order was complicated and they excecuted!

Horrible customer service! Waited by the register for a good 3-4 minutes. I was very patient trying to place my order. The lady in the front just kept getting drive thru orders as if I wasn't right in front of her. Then she asked one of the workers "what is she waiting for" like if I didn't speak English, instead of asking me if i had been helped. I got upset and I responded I haven't ordered yet. Worst way to start your morning. Please if you do not want to work, don't work! There is plenty of people looking for jobs! read more

Great service and tasty, healthy smoothies. We stopped and walked in for a quick afternoon snack. We had patient and nice service while we made up our minds. Then our smoothies arrived quickly. The location can be a bit tricky to either arrive or leave. read more

Seeing this Smoothie King open so close to my apartment made me really happy. I love a good smoothie and while making them at home is more economical, it's also a lot easier to roll up to the drive-thru, tell the sweet ladies at Smoothie King what you want, and have them make it for you. Yes, I did say drive-thru. This Smoothie King has a drive-thru y'all. What more could you want from a Smoothie King? They have a drive-thru, excellent service, bomb smoothies, and they give back to the community. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention $5 Fridays. Holla! And they have an app that allows you to rack up rewards? Oh come on, this is almost too good to be true. Smoothie King, I love you. When summer hits, I'll be here even more than I was in the winter time. read more

Terrible customer service it's was 2 of us the cashier only took one order and didn't even let me talk we left we didn't got our money back!

Would recommend, I always have a good experience here. Especially noting that the Manager Edgar is really customer focused and authentic.

It's a smoothie kind of day. First time at this location and it's been a good minute since I was last at a Smoothie King. It's been so long that the app had changed and I had to reinstall it on my phone before I went. Got lucky and there was no wait right around 2pm on a Monday! Super nice folks, they answered my questions and even made sure my coupon in the app was showing up when I checked out. I specifically asked for the Keto smoothie I saw on the website, and it was only after I was waiting for my order that I saw the chalkboard announcement that the Keto smoothie was starting TOMORROW oops. So I'd like to just say Thanks for letting me have it today! It is delicious btw. Nice location, has a drive through. Seating inside was comfortable. Situated in such a direction that the sun isn't beaming in at full force through the windows so it feels cool and refreshing inside... necessary in this Texas heat!! read more

I love this smoothie king! They always make my smoothie relatively fast and it always taste great. The only problem I have is they never fill my cup up completely. If I'm paying for a smoothie I want it completely filled up! And the other smoothies I get in my order always have more than mine. read more

I love smoothies. But these are really better. I love the berries and coffee ones. Plus they are on time.

About 2 months ago I went to this location and I had a bad experience. I told the worker I was going to YELP her, I didn't. I always give a second chance and sometimes a third. After my experience I went back about 1 week later, she remembered me and said " I was determined to get your order right next the time I heard your voice. Every since then my stop at Smoothie King is one of the highlights of my day. I have a eating disorder and it is crucial to have my order right and I EXTREMELY appreciate this location they get it right every time now! THANKS read more

Great smoothies hit the spot after a day at the Epic indoor waterpark. Ideal consistency, not runny or too solid. Great job guys.

I visited the Smoothie King on Arkansas Ln & 161 this afternoon as I do everyday. Today however was a different experience for me because it affected my health. I ordered a STRAWBERRY peanut power plus as I do everyday. I am allergic to cocoa so having a chocolate smoothie would have put an end to a very pleasant day. Upon receiving my smoothie it was darker than usual so I asked the young lady who handed me my smoothie if it was a chocolate peanut power plus and was ASSURED it was NOT. I drove home and was about to drink my smoothie when something told me to look at my receipt which clearly stated chocolate peanut power plus. I called the store immediately and spoke with the kindest young lady name Rose. Can you say impeccable customer service? This young woman was incredible. She apologized and I could genuinely feel her concern through the phone. She asked me to return to the store and ask for her because she would make it right. Amazing!!! Thank you Rose I'm so happy you answered my call. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Starr read more

I am shocked to see other reviews. I am a raving fan. The owner was very pleasant and the employees have been equally helpful. I love the drive through and I am excited to have a Smoothie King in our area! Love the $5 Fridays!! Be sure to stop by, sometimes the reviews are not accurate. I usually leave reviews for bad experiences but when I saw the ones posted and mine was the complete opposite I know there is potential. Ive visited at least a hand full of times. Over look those reviews this time and enjoy a delicious smoothie. read more

I come to this location because it is close to my job. But this is 4 times in a row they have messed up. 1- wrong drink and wrong cup. 2- correct drink correct cup but the charge was over $30.00 for a 32 oz order. When I asked why she looked puzzled. I had to ask her to re-check my order. She asked me what I ordered. My cost was a little over $11. 3-wrong size. Today tried to use a coupon and was told I couldn't because of free enhancer. I asked if I could use my $2 off on my app. She said yes. She scanned my phone and said it won't scan. She said it didn't work for the 2 people in front of you. I asked can you manually take it off since you can see I have multiple discounts. She said I guess I can with attitude. She said the computer is messing up and it's not letting me. Ugh! This location employees do not know customer service and/or know how to work the register. They also don't hear well since the orders are not correct and 1 drink costing over $30. I really hate there is not another store near me. I will order my drink from another location the night before and put in the freezer for me to take to work the next day. That is how much I'm tired of this location and bad attitude employees. read more

I was so excited to have a smoothie king down the street from my house. I didnt mind driving to matlock but down the st is better. Sad to say i have not had a positive experience yet. They are beyond slow!!! Beyond!!!! I literally could leave my car in the drive thru, walk to walmart go shoppong come back and still be in the same spot. It doesnt matter if you're the only one in the drive thru or if theres 2 of you and 1 person in the store. They take 10 to 12 mins minimum to get your order to u. Idk wtf they be doing. Ive tried to but i cant. Even with a rush at matlock or cooper they move quicker. Maybe its the machines. Its like they can use all the dag on machines to produce 3 orders. Ive started driving back 17 mins to matlock for better quicker service. Even when you wait long they dont even acknowledge the long wait. Total disrespect. Yall need better training or shut down. But management need to get on yall asses about running a production line. read more
