Abanie makes the best smoothies, hands-down! Whenever I go to this Smoothie King, I look for her because anytime I have a smoothie that she's made, it is absolutely delicious. I went one day recently and she wasn't there and my smoothie was not as good. I was a little sad. I'm here today and Abanie is here and it completely made my day because I know that my smoothie is going to be amazing! Thank you Abanie!! You are the best! read more

The mobile ordering here is a bit weird here because they have this cubby where you think they'd be, but they actually keep your smoothie in a fridge on the back. I'm guessing it's because it's an older location. read more

Once in a long while I want a smoothie. Something refreshing but not caffeinated. This was handy. Complicated menu with lots of add-ons, but I wanted basics, just juice really, so I picked the Caribbean- I think just banana, strawberry, papaya. They asked if I wanted frozen yogurt, and I asked "will it still be sippable?" She said sure; she should have said "kinda." It was too thick to drink much of for 15 minutes or so. Not a hot enough day for it to melt quickly. Speaking of, this place tries to be "healthy" but it's not very "earth-healthy." Your cup choices are styrofoam or plastic. Who even uses styrofoam anymore? I'm guessing it's used here for insulation. I went with plastic, since it's at least theoretically recyclable. $11 is a lot for what's a fancy milkshake. Though to be fair, it was huge (I got a medium, I think 32oz,) so the price is more reasonable. If you add in extras, it'll climb right quick. Service was good, got in and out fast, and the drink was sweet and refreshing. Not really my kind of place, but it was handy and filled my needs. read more

The smoothies I get there are amazing. Always consistent! Service is great! Really convenient! read more

Great service. Delicious smoothies and polite employees. Many choices and ingredient combinations.

Very attentive at this location. perfect smoothie. Welcoming staff. Always clean with music always playing.

Whether your someone that works out constantly, or your someone else looking for a cool and refreshing healthy alternative snack, Smoothie King will definitely have something for you! For chocolate fans like me, you can't go wrong with a Chocolate Gladiator! I personally like to add peanut butter and banana! If you're in a tropical mood, my favorite is the Lean One Pineapple Mango; you can make this drink even more interesting with vodka! In COVID times, you can place a Mobile order, and you can pick up the order from their pickup station. Everything smells clean, social distancing is enforced, and this location seems to be on top of everything! read more

Still my go to (daily warrior) but I add strawberry and the energy additives for a good kick. Great smoothie and great staff!! read more

Haven't been in a while and they have definitely remodeled. Prices have also increased since my last visit but that was well over 4 years ago. Fast service. Many options that do not include protein powder. They also no longer serve styrofoam cups so that was cool. read more

We love the product and decided to go out for a smoothie after checking their closing time on google. We saw they were open until 10 which left more than an hour. We don't like to go to place right before they close. Got there at 9 pm and noticed an employee inside but when we pulled around they told us they were closed. Please update house if they have changed. Visit was 3/24/22. read more

The manager of this establishment is awful. Karen continuously treats her employees like garbage and wonders why she can't keep any for more than a month. Not only does she not give her underage employees a break which is required by law, if you put in your two weeks notice she'll reduce your pay to minimum wage. Expects you to do your training videos at home and not be paid for training. She also doesn't pay her employees for all hours worked. On top of that, she gossips about her staff to other employees. She also makes empty promises such as raises and promotions. Would not recommend working here. read more

Went here for a quick vegan dark chocolate banana. It took them over 15 minutes, which is 10 minutes too long, to try to make it. What they made tasted like frozen cocoa powder. Since it was taking too long, I simply asked for my money back. They couldn't figure out how to do that. I talked to the manager, Cory, over the phone. He couldn't get my money back either. So I paid for a smoothie that was fit to grout tile. Never going back. I was a regular. Two days later and the charge is still on my credit card. Thanks Cory for following up. read more

Smoothie King isn't so different than any other smoothie place I've ever been in. The only difference is its proximity to my house, which is why I end up here as often as I do. The prices are high, too high for fruit and ice in my opinion, but you won't find them cheaper anywhere close so ponying up for a small strawberry banana every now and then just seems to happen. The menu here is extensive which can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how many options you want. Also, they really push the add-ins, and I'm not a fan of powdered health so I get some odd looks when I decline. All that said, the smoothies aren't bad, and on a hot day they're a great alternative to the more fattening ice cream. read more

This was actually my first time ever coming here. It was early in the morning and I wanted a smoothie with some protein that would satisfy my hunger pangs. They have all sorts of smoothies including fitness blends, wellness blends, slim blends, and blends for kids. I got a fitness blend, and felt pretty satisfied after drinking it, which is unusual for me because it takes a lot for me to feel full. Overall great smoothie place. read more

Smoothies taste pretty good, but the rating reflects the level of service provided here. We order, take a seat and chat for a few minutes. Started noticing people behind us getting their smoothies, so realized I must have to initiate the check out (figured they would call your name since they took it at order). I make my way to the counter, at the end of the line. The server ignores the guy in front of me and calls my name. I pay and leave...then hear the guy who was ignored try to order a smoothie. Server responds "sorry sir, we don't take orders over here. Please go to the other counter to place your order". Did that just happen? The place is now empty, and apparently we have the self anointed smoothie king himself being rigid about where you can order. The customer is always right (unless they are standing in the wrong place). read more

I found this place just by driving around. Wish I had found it earlier. I'm now obsessed with Green Tea Tango smoothie!!! It's so good. Way better than coffee ever did for me. This place is clean and organized. I love the staff they are very friendly. I'm always greeted when I walk in. I will continue to be a satisfied customer!!! read more

I love this place, I just hate that it is so far away from my home and my workplace. I usually stop by whenever I am in Gahanna. They have maybe 2 or 3 tables to sit at, but I usually just get my smoothie to go. Smoothie King also offers miscellaneous items, such as supplements and protein bars and powder. I've never seen more than two people working at a time, so if you are pressed for time and in a hurry, you'd better skip out. read more

As far as juice bars and smoothie shops are concerned, I don't know any that are better than this one. I love Steve and Laurie and their staff. They are the best! read more

We always want to drink something during a drive to work or after work. This place is always makes a great alternative to a coffee especially in the morning. Many great choices and many with banana. If you feel banana will not work for you they can substitute anything for a small amount. Pleasant helpfull staff behind the counter. One of the very few places I feel good about going and the service is good. read more

I like the $5 Mondays. Great deal! Every one at this Smoothie King is usually pretty friendly. I like that SK has a rewards system if you download their app. (Check it out) if you scan your code every time you'll start earning right away. Drinks are made fairly quickly and are always great quality. My only suggestion would be; when you have the add enhancers buy 2, get 1 free or wherever it may be. It would be nice if it counted for 2 drinks you're buying instead of one. Due to that I usually end up not buying as many as I could to get one free. read more

I think 15 minutes is way too long to wait for a smoothie that's after I waited to order it. $5.19 for a small, really!!! It tasted Okay not great for a place that specializes in one thing. read more

I love the smoothies and the variety. I come here often and the wait can be long if there are a lot of people, but nothing unreasonable. It's typically a quick visit. I love that the vegan options are growing. read more

Friday's they have $5 for a 32oz deal. Not bad for now. However, walking into the store smells of molded fruit. I am glad they got rid of their foam cups and went with plastic because I'm on a recycling kick lately. Staff was nice and smiled. Thanks read more

I came in and was the only person there. Ordered my 20 Spinach vegan smoothie. Another woman came in after me and ordered a 32 oz smoothie. First movie not only came out before mine oh, and she completely had left the parking lot before I even received mine. My smoothie unlike the one I received at the Reynoldsburg location was not only pasty but it was tasteless. You can see the bottom of the cup where there's white powder and this fruit or spinach that was not completely mixed up. I want to believe the first girl made it and didn't do it right so someone else had to come in and make it for her. The whole problem I have with Smoothie King in Columbus Ohio is oh, from location to location you can order the same thing from Polaris to Reynoldsburg now even Gahanna and you will never ever get the same smoothie twice. Sad part is oh, this is the only real smoothie place in Ohio and they missed the mark every single time. I wish that business owners which teach the Young Generation that they hire that value your customers and the product that you are selling before you make us lose our business. Smoothie King you have made Robeck's your jester in the court of healthy beverages. With your catchy slogan of "chewing is overrated" you have my business and my heart forevermore. Walking into to Smoothie King I was struck by how colorful the store is. Eye candy ads with brilliant colors make me want to buy organic snacks because they look so fun.The menu is varied, every fruit you can think of married to others in a 20 oz cup. Options to add up to three of their extra shots without changing the flavor inspired me to add an energy boost AND a multivitamin to my drink. I like the pina colada smoothie and appreciated Tyler, the attractive man manning the counter, letting me know my drinks can be made with a natural sugar that takes off 100 calories. Losing weight just by drinking, a dream brought to FRUIT-ion by Smoothie King. A fun fact about Smoothie King is that they care about our country. The owner recently shipped 200 smoothies to our troops in Iraq. Not really sure how the logistics of shipping a frozen beverage to a desert country went down, but the action itself I'm sure was appreciated Excellent Smoothies that help you lose weight, taste delicious, cheaper than Robeck's, and attractive staff make me a loyal subject to Smoothie King. read more

This place doesn't have the real wheat grass shots. I ordered a shot and It's pre made/frozen and then there was shards of frozen wheat grass / ice in the shot. It was not cool. Do not get a wheatgrass shot at this place unless you are looking for a terrible experience. read more

Good Smoothies, but employees have attitudes. They seem like they are always in a hurry trying to "process" you as soon as possible. I once witnessed two employees mimicking a customer as he had a few questions (and he could hear them!). Employees need to be trained to be more friendly and not disrespectful to the customers, and not display rigid, know-it-all attitudes. read more

This place is crap. A smoothie is supposed to be healthy - fruit, ice , and a bit of fruit juice to achieve the desired consistency. Smoothie King thinks healthy means adding a scoop of a vitamin supplement to a peanut butter and chocolate smoothie is healthy. No thanks. If I wanted peanut butter and chocolate, I would eat it atop a sundae, not blended in a cup of ice. Even the more healthy options that actually have fruit in them taste like Maalox, expensive Maalox. read more

For our our son's grad party - we decided to use Smoothie King on Hamilton Road for our desert. My wife went up and worked directly with their manager. They were great to work with. On the day of the party, they delivered multiple coolers of pre-made smoothies. Dry Ice kept them cool. (We then returned the coolers back to their 'store' It was a huge hit! There were no leftovers! Thanks! read more

Consistently great. I typically (and conveniently) only tend to show up when they are not very busy. Order quickly, and it's always the same great smoothie. There are usually only two employees there so they pretty much just have their game face on. I guess I see why some might fault the service if they were to get at all busy. read more

Okay so I had given this place a pretty negative review at one point due to the customer service that I received at my first visit. I have since been back to the shop pretty regularly and each time I have been back I have been greeted by the actual owners of the establishment and given high quality attention and service. I said in a quick tip I believe that this is the Smoothie King establishment that I would rather frequent than any other. The owners there know my name and even to the extent of knowing what is my favorite smoothie. I love going here and as a matter of fact will be heading that way once I am done meeting with a client. The taste of the smoothies there are awesome. LIke they can't be beat. So with the fantastic smoothies and now the awesome customer service I have now given this place 5 stars. First of all, when I order three smoothies without protein (when I specifically asked them at least six times to not put protein powder in the smoothies) I expect to get smoothies without protein. Unfortunately this was not the case. I just love spending money on something that I didn't want. So, in the trash went the three 20oz smoothies. We went to Panera instead, where we should have started to begin with. Maybe next time hire someone with more experience that can follow directions! Last time I waste money here. read more

I was in the area for work a couple of weeks ago, and wanted a smootie, so I found myself in this location. I got a Pineapple Pleasure, and it satisfied my craving. While here, I met the husband and wife who own this joint. I usually try to stay away from chains and companies, and support smaller businesses, but I found myself supporting residents of Gahanna. It was a nice feeling. They were very nice people, and will stop by again if in the area! read more
