This location of smoothie king really really sucks- Placed an online order for 3 smoothies , it took 45 minutes to get my smoothie.. People who came In-Person after my order got them before me.. Not sure why they don't follow the rules properly by prioritizing the order that came in? If there is no online priority just take the option out to order online.. Please improve the customer service too- She didn't even owe an explanation for the delay... We also pay money to get our products and it's not free of service or charity provided to Customers.. First time here and I enjoyed it a lot! Lots of healthy snack options for any time of day. Options for all diet restrictions too! I have to say I'm impressed with Zach & Colton customer service skills. You don't hardly see that these days. You walk into places and the employees don't even say hello which doesn't cost anything. I'm not sure what it is about this location, but the smoothies here come out overly sweet. The overall experience has been okay, the cashiers seem to be more than willing to complete all of my requests, however, sometimes I'm doubtful if they're subbing out dairy for oak milk alternatives. My teenage daughter and I came here today to order 3 smoothies for her, my 5 year old son, and myself. After walking in there was a male employee stocking the shelves with vitamins. The employee stepped behind the counter and just stood there, he never greeted us. This was our first time at a Smoothie King, so we took 4-5 minutes to look at the menu to decide. We were the only people in the store so we wanted to get a good look at the menu. As we were looking at the menu I noticed he was shifting back and forth and sighing, he obviously just wanted us to order quickly so we could leave. I ordered the Apple Kiwi Bunga for my son, my daughter ordered the Mangofest, and I ordered the Nutty Super Grain, our total was $14.47. I swiped my card and he asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes, then he handed me my receipt and walked over to start mixing our smoothies. As we were waiting we walked over to the other counter and I looked at some menu brochures while we waited. He came over and placed all 3 smoothies in front of me, he said the name of each smoothie as he moved them towards me, then he just walked away. We thanked him as he was walking away but he said nothing. My 16 year old daughter just looked at me in shock. We looked for the straws and walked out. As we walked to our cars, my daughter said she felt the employee was rude and she couldn't believe he didn't thank us or anything. Very poor customer service. I'd think after spending almost $14.50 on smoothies we'd at least get a thank you from the employee. Once we arrived home I noticed on the cup that Smoothie King has an app with reward points that accumulate, it would've been very nice if the employee mentioned this so I could've downloaded the app before my purchase so I could get points for the purchase I made today. The smoothies were ok, but none of them were very cold. It would've been very disappointing on a hot day. Good thing today was overcast and warm. This being my first visit to Smoothie King, I dont think I'll return again. I might check out another location, but I won't return to this one again. read more

I haven't been to smoothie king in probably a year but I stopped by today and was delighted to find that they have new vegan smoothie options! As well as their own brand of cookies vegan and another vegan cookie brand. I am so impressed that they are taking the vegan initiative here. So I got a 32 oz smoothie. It cost $9.20. It took 15 minutes to get it. Gets two stars because it tasted good.

I went in last Friday to get a drink and there was no one to be seen in the store. I stood there for about 5 minutes saying hello over and over. I finally left and 2 people walked out of the back door as I was leaving. Both employees stared at me as I drove off. I feel like there should have been one person out there. Quality varies occasionally but overall super pleasant experience each time. I come in at least 2-3 times a week. Solid smoothies.

The plastic environmental cups are terrible. Your drink melts in no time and that is in 55 degree temperatures. In 100 degrees the smoothie will not be a good value. Poor investment to put a good product in. Probably will not buy another. read more

I ordered a 40 oz smoothie, but they made a 32 oz instead. The guy told me he needed me back down at the checkout counter. I asked him what he needed from me. He said I owed him $1.20. I said, but you made the mistake. He expected me to wait even longer, didn't apologize and said "you owe me". Unacceptable customer service. Disappointing because I've been in this location many times and never encountered poor customer service. He was making me wait even longer and should have apologized and just made me what I originally ordered. This is my first bad review but felt it was necessary.
