This morning, I ordered my go-to smoothie bowl, which is the Go-Go Goji Crunch. It was both a sweet treat and a healthy energy boost to get my day started right. My only complaint is the location. For someone like me, who is stopping in to grab something on their way to the office, the parking situation is not at all convenient. The street parking is very limited and usually occupied, but there is a garage attached to the building. I was lucky enough to nab a spot on the lower level near the entrance. Smoothies are consistent here. The green smoothie options are my favorite. It's never too tart or too sweet. Employees are friendly and work with a sense of urgency. Parking is a bit inconvenient, with street parking, but if it's a weekday, it's easier to find spots. There is a parking garage within walking distance too. read more

Plus, they usually have great promotional deals on there. It's worth the download. They offer curbside pickup, too. But I've never found it to be convenient. It's faster just jumping out and running inside. Skip the smoothie bowl. I think they may use frozen fruit rather than fresh. All my strawberries were brown and slimy. Very unappetizing. The staff offered to remake but they didn't have any strawberries that were fresh, so I just threw it away and left. I shared my experience with the manager on my next visit. Rather than apologize for the poor quality, she was very rude and defensive. She even suggested that I hadn't actually purchased a bowl! Who does that??? When I asked for her name and the owner or corporate customer service number, she decided to offer me a replacement. I accepted and asked how I would redeem my free bowl on my return visit since it was early morning... I had just ordered a smoothie... and was headed to work. She said, "I don't have anything to give you. I can make you a bowl now. You either take it now or you just won't get a replacement." Just plain rude. I declined and asked for the owner, again. The people behind the counter were all friendly and happy to make smoothies for every customer who came in. They were patient while I studied the menu and tried to figure it out. The menu's intimidating! There are more smoothies than you can shake a mixer at. I settled on a pretty simple strawberry banana combination that was lower calorie than most of the options. I went with the medium 32 oz size. That was more than enough smoothie! It was also $8. The prices are far too high for my tastes. That's OK, though. It doesn't seem to bother the regular customers.
