Came in to try one of the NEW Pumpkin Smoothies. I asked the 1st server for her recommendation of the sweetest one since there are a few. She passed us to the 2nd server, who was finishing up making an order & I overheard the 1st server ask the 2nd server to ring it up. The 2nd server recommended the D-Lite. We did 2 promo smoothies & 1 Peanut Power Plus (family favorite). This is a small story so don't expect to get too comfortable especially if more people come in. I haven't had a bad smoothie here yet & I've been to several. Everything was blended nicely, didn't have any weird chunks & wasn't watered down. The Peanut Power Plus was the best I'd ever had. I went in twice this week due to some promos. I tried the blueberry strawberry activator smoothie the first time and it was really good. It was a little grainy due to the protein but over all it was good! The second time I tried the strawberry pineapple metabolism boost. This one was very filling! I used to love this smoothie king but recent events have shown me that maybe i should not spend my money here anymore. They recently had a BOGO deal so i ordered it through the app. However when i got to the store i was only met with one smoothie so i asked the lady behind the counter (I'm assuming she is the manager) where my other smoothie was at because i ordered BOGO through the app . She responded by saying "we only received one smoothie order " so i was like "ok. Let me show you in my app" i proceeded to show her the BOGO deal i ordered and she said "That seems like a problem between you and the app. Call corporate , there's nothing i can do about it".......it's 7 in the morning and I'm not trying to deal with anybodys attitude so i take my single smoothie and leave. The meat two days that i try and place a mobile order it gets cancelled 2 minutes before pickup, but when i come in to order in store other peoples online orders are going through ...weird right ?
