Matthew is the best employee I've ever met. He made my smoothie perfectly and it felt like I was at a five star restaurant. I wish every smoothie king employee was this kind and encouraging. read more

I hate to say it, but this location needs to be shut down. Wait times in drive through are too long and employees need to be trained on customer service skills. I'm very sure the positive reviews here are either fake or for another location. read more

I could not agree more that this location should be shut down, for the last two years they have not been able to figure it out. I love Smoothie King and this is the closest one to my house, but I avoid coming to this one at all costs. This time the Kidd working the window got my order wrong multiple times, first he brought out the wrong size and he brought out the wrong smoothie. I sat in the drive-through for 27 minutes waiting for him to get it right. Then when he finally got it right, it tasted like unripe bananas. read more

Rude employees every time I come, nobody is ever in the drive through but they act like you're ruining their life by placing an order.

Worst location ever. Worst customer service, worst smoothies. Just all around do not come here, you will end up not getting anything you ordered. Today, was just the last straw for me. So save your self some stress and just go to ANY other location! read more

Truly one of the worst-organized Smoothie Kings I've ever been to. On the rare chance they're actually caught up and have the smoothie you want, good luck paying for it, either the card machine is down or they don't have change for cash. It honestly feels like this place doesn't even want to be open. - I created a Yelp Accoing just to say that, that's how bad like fuck read more

Everyone is so kind and nice here!!! I love this smoothie king, and the drive through is usually so nice and fast!! they're the best

Ordered my 2 smoothies at 3:51 pm. When we got to the window the guy told us to park and wait at the handicap spot. We waited and saw 2 people behind us order and get their orders. We have been waiting for over 25 minutes at that point that we drove up to the window again and the car in front ordered and got his order before I got mine. When we drove up to the window the guy asked what we ordered. Seriously 30 minutes waiting and still ask us what we ordered. Worst place to order and wait time always long. read more

I've been here multiple times. Last Thursday at 3:30 I came through the drive thru & the woman said we are having shift change so we can't take orders for 20 minutes. I said ok I'll wait. She said well you can't wait in line so go somewhere else. Rude! And about two weeks ago around 3pm they told me their computer was down and couldn't take orders. It's always something. read more

the ladies taking the orders was rude as hell, and the smmoothie was far from what they normally put out.... sad location.

I came 11 min before 8pm which is the supposed closing time and I was denied service saying they were already closed. I've worked in the fast food industry before and you do not close/lock up to clean until the actual closing time. Ok so my husband and I love smoothie king! This location sucks though!!!! Customer service is horrible. My husband works near here and goes about 2-3 times a week. He's hardly greeted and usually has to ask them are y'all ready??? On top of that between his and my smoothies they are never full like EVER! Why not fill to the top like every other smoothie place does. Oh yeah and I got pics... That's my 2 cents! Also on a lighter note drive thru is great love the convenience!!! The service just sucks! read more

I can't believe that this place is allowed to stay open. It is disgustingly dirty and so are the employees. I have been to this place a few times in the morning and they are rarely open on time. Then, when you place an order, the speaker doesn't work, so you have to drive up and they are slow as can be and really don't care to assist you, or get your order right. I have been told on occasion, I can't find the strawberries, so I'm leaving them out. I ordered a smoothie with peanut butter in it and I couldn't drink it because it was gross, with chunks of peanut butter blocking my straw, served by a worker in a dirty shirt with food all over his fat belly. It is the closest location and has a drive through which is great when I have my dog with me, but I will never go to any of their locations again until they clean up their act. read more

This place is horrible. Don't bother going to them during your lunch hour because they take forever! We stood in the drive thru line for 45 min with only two cars ahead of us. Ridiculous read more

Every time we come to this location after the gym about 8:30pm the lady lied & is telling us you all only have bananas & strawberries because she doesn't want to work. This is NOT the first time this has happened. Thank God for Paul he stated this was not true went & made the bowl for us. This is the only location near us & very unfortunate. The fruit was old as well, you're paying $14 for an açaí bowl. Very disappointed. read more

I have came about 5 different times and ask for an açaí bowl. Every single time they tell me they don't have any or can't make any. I know they just don't want to make it since they have smoothies with similar ingredients and they still make it . Makes no sense . read more

Worst service, lazy employees, never have ice for smoothies, and never have açaí bowls....

My review is more about customer experience at this location than smoothies themselves. I had fairly positive experience with this location until today. We usually order online and pick up at window. Today 20 minutes after placing order online and additional 8 minutes waiting at the pick up window without being acknowledged, we finally got the employee's attention. She wouldn't estimate when we might be served and said we'd just have to patient. Claimed there were tons of orders ahead of us, but seemed to be filling new drive up orders before us. We couldn't wait any longer so I asked how to cancel our order and was told I needed to do it from the app. But when I went to the app it told me to contact the store. Not sure if that was user error on my part- but Smoothie King certainly is not making it easy to resolve an issue like this. I'm sure I'll be charged and will have to jump through hoops to resolve. So we left and went to Jamba Juice on Greenville. HUGE customer experience difference. That employee went out of his way to help us. That's where I'll choose to return next time. read more

Only store I have ever been to that thinks it's cool to close an hour before posted closing times. Maybe I'm archaic, or old fashioned (I'm in my 20s), but business should cater to the customer right? Hire harder workers, not lazy people please. read more

I appreciate the manager response. + 1 Star. Thank you for caring and reaching out. I will try Smoothie King again.

Worst smoothie employees ever let's start off with this ... ITS BEEN 3 days in a row from 2 Mexican girls that work telling me that there isn't no ice for them too make me a smoothie ... they also reek of marijuana soon as they open the window 2 very rude workers that get high and run game on customers they also wouldn't give there managers contact information and told me too FUCK OFF ... I hope there fired very soon and get better people too take there position . read more

I've never left a yelp review before, but I figured an experience this bad every time that I've been to this specific smoothie king, something Has to be said, and done. Every time I come here, the ladies that take my order always have a terrible attitude. I asked for a specific thing in my drink, and I watch the lady do the exact opposite of what I wanted. I could see through the window and watched her ignore my order like I wouldn't notice. I have a good experience every time I go to every other Smoothie King, but for some reason this one really let me down, my smoothie was like water, and there was no texture to it. come on guys I think you need to get a better team in there because I definitely won't be coming back to this location. read more

Great experience! I was worried about going to this location after reading the reviews, but decided to take a chance. Glad I did! When I pulled up at 9:10am, I was 4th in line. I had my smoothie in 10 min and it was filled to the rim as you can see in the picture. I had a Recharge Pineapple with strawberry and protein added. This is my new favorite smoothie. Great job SK! read more

I love Victoria she is always super helpful and keep a smile on her face even working with one arm!

I order a 32 smoothie and they didn't even blend it right. there was still ice cube on my drink

I have 3 very athletic kids and we go to Smoothie King frequently. I used the app to preorder a bowl last Friday as I had very limited time to grab it go before my next meeting. I got there and there was a short line and it wasn't clear if I should park or not. I decided to wait to get to the speaker which took forever and once there they told me to park and they would bring it out. Nobody came out so I went to the window, which was closed. Nobody greeted me -not even to say I will be right with you or how can I help. So eventually knocked and they opened the window and one of the workers started going off of on me and then slammed it shut. I waited and waited some more. My bowl sat there. Finally and slowly the worker bagged it, gave it to me and told me I wasn't welcome there ever again. I left and didn't eat my $12 smoothie as I was afraid they did something to it. I sent in feedback through the app and nobody responded. I can't wait 30 mins for a smoothie and be treated like that. Glad there is lots of great competition for smoothies around us! read more

First time coming to this location, service was a little slow but at-least they got our order right but the ice they made the smoothie with must've had mold or the water that goes into making the ice taste like Tap water or something l, I doubt it was the fruit that made the smoothie taste weird. They also did forget to turn off the mic after they took our order and they were in there arguing about some orders. read more

My boss ordered three smoothies for us via the app at 12:10pm on Thursday December 23rd for delivery with a 15% tip, but only received one smoothie at 12:45pm. He called the Skillman location after a meeting around 2pm. Was informed the driver initially picked up two, then came back for one. Was also informed the driver came back 20 minutes ago and they gave him another two smoothies and that he should wait another hour for the driver.. (I assume they guessed which ones as they were all different smoothies?? Was never asked his name, or order number so I guess they knew he would be calling?? But if what she is saying is remotely true, then it means the driver has been there three times, received five smoothies, and only delivered one?? It means she is asking my boss to wait another hour for something that left her store 20 minutes ago when it's a 6-8 minute drive??) More than likely this was all a lie and just an attempt to get him off the phone. He called again at 5:30pm and was told it was not thier responsibility that he needed to call the driver. He informed the young lady that he placed his order thru the Smoothie king app and it wasn't 3rd party. She informed him it was not thier responsibility for orders on the app; despite the app stating clearly to call the location for a refund for delivery issues. He asked for the corporate number and was denied, he asked again and was placed on hold for 12 minutes. She then told him her manager "Lina" told her to tell him to go online for the corporate number..... wasting his time yet again.... He is simply trying to get a refund on product never received .... it is really that simple.... Please help!! read more

Stopped by for an afternoon smoothie and wanted to order a 20 oz. smoothie. I was told that they were out of 20 oz. cups and that only 32 oz. and larger were available. I politely told the gentleman working that I really did not want that much and asked if he could potentially just make 20 oz. of smoothie and put it in a larger cup. He said "no" and said I either had to pay more for the larger size or nothing at all, which is ridiculous. I declined and won't be back. read more

I really LOVE this location! The staff there this summer was great and very kind. I've been to several SK locations and this one outshines them all, in my experience at least. Ariana did a very great job as well and I wanted to personally recognize her and another lady that I am sorry to have forgotten the name of. Ariana, I hope you're recognized for your good work! You're going to do great with that positivity you have! Furthermore, my several visits this summer came with exceptional service by the ladies inside. They were very polite and kind. I honestly have nothing bad to say. I know that I had a complicated order, but the ladies didn't show any grief, attitude, or impatience with me at all. Stay kind and professional folks! Thanks again! read more

I've been here several times and not always had the best experiences. Usually the line is very slow and they seem unorganized because they get the orders confused. Half the time I come here they're out of half the items and don't tell you until after you're tried ordering multiple times. Would prefer just to tell me up front they are out of x,y, and z instead of ordering something and then telling me they're out of something 3-4 times. I will say the people having always been nice and professional to me and the smoothies always are tasty when they have the ingredients in stock. There is room for improvement but not a complete loss. read more
