Ordered my 2 smoothies at 3:51 pm. When we got to the window the guy told us to park and wait at the handicap spot. We waited and saw 2 people behind us order and get their orders. We have been waiting for over 25 minutes at that point that we drove up to the window again and the car in front ordered and got his order before I got mine. I can't believe that this place is allowed to stay open. It is disgustingly dirty and so are the employees. I have been to this place a few times in the morning and they are rarely open on time. Then, when you place an order, the speaker doesn't work, so you have to drive up and they are slow as can be and really don't care to assist you, or get your order right. I have been told on occasion, I can't find the strawberries, so I'm leaving them out. I ordered a smoothie with peanut butter in it and I couldn't drink it because it was gross, with chunks of peanut butter blocking my straw, served by a worker in a dirty shirt with food all over his fat belly. It is the closest location and has a drive through which is great when I have my dog with me, but I will never go to any of their locations again until they clean up their act. read more

Every time we come to this location after the gym about 8:30pm the lady lied & is telling us you all only have bananas & strawberries because she doesn't want to work. I came 11 min before 8pm which is the supposed closing time and I was denied service saying they were already closed. I've worked in the fast food industry before and you do not close/lock up to clean until the actual closing time. Im very disappointing considering I was trying to get a smoothie for my sick partner and was trying to get in and out of the drive thru as soon as possible. read more

Ok so my husband and I love smoothie king! This location sucks though!!!! Customer service is horrible. My husband works near here and goes about 2-3 times a week. He's hardly greeted and usually has to ask them are y'all ready??? On top of that between his and my smoothies they are never full like EVER! My review is more about customer experience at this location than smoothies themselves. I had fairly positive experience with this location until today. We usually order online and pick up at window. Today 20 minutes after placing order online and additional 8 minutes waiting at the pick up window without being acknowledged, we finally got the employee's attention. She wouldn't estimate when we might be served and said we'd just have to patient. Claimed there were tons of orders ahead of us, but seemed to be filling new drive up orders before us. We couldn't wait any longer so I asked how to cancel our order and was told I needed to do it from the app. But when I went to the app it told me to contact the store. Not sure if that was user error on my part- but Smoothie King certainly is not making it easy to resolve an issue like this. I'm sure I'll be charged and will have to jump through hoops to resolve. So we left and went to Jamba Juice on Greenville. HUGE customer experience difference. That employee went out of his way to help us. That's where I'll choose to return next time. read more

I have 3 very athletic kids and we go to Smoothie King frequently. I used the app to preorder a bowl last Friday as I had very limited time to grab it go before my next meeting. I got there and there was a short line and it wasn't clear if I should park or not. I decided to wait to get to the speaker which took forever and once there they told me to park and they would bring it out. Nobody came out so I went to the window, which was closed. Nobody greeted me -not even to say I will be right with you or how can I help. So eventually knocked and they opened the window and one of the workers started going off of on me and then slammed it shut. I waited and waited some more. My bowl sat there. Finally and slowly the worker bagged it, gave it to me and told me I wasn't welcome there ever again. I left and didn't eat my $12 smoothie as I was afraid they did something to it. I sent in feedback through the app and nobody responded. I can't wait 30 mins for a smoothie and be treated like that. Glad there is lots of great competition for smoothies around us! read more

Every time I come here, the ladies that take my order always have a terrible attitude. I asked for a specific thing in my drink, and I watch the lady do the exact opposite of what I wanted. I could see through the window and watched her ignore my order like I wouldn't notice. Great experience! I was worried about going to this location after reading the reviews, but decided to take a chance. Glad I did! When I pulled up at 9:10am, I was 4th in line. I had my smoothie in 10 min and it was filled to the rim as you can see in the picture. I had a Recharge Pineapple with strawberry and protein added. This is my new favorite smoothie. My boss ordered three smoothies for us via the app at 12:10pm on Thursday December 23rd for delivery with a 15% tip, but only received one smoothie at 12:45pm. He called the Skillman location after a meeting around 2pm. Was informed the driver initially picked up two, then came back for one. Was also informed the driver came back 20 minutes ago and they gave him another two smoothies and that he should wait another hour for the driver.. (I assume they guessed which ones as they were all different smoothies?? Was never asked his name, or order number so I guess they knew he would be calling?? But if what she is saying is remotely true, then it means the driver has been there three times, received five smoothies, and only delivered one?? It means she is asking my boss to wait another hour for something that left her store 20 minutes ago when it's a 6-8 minute drive??) More than likely this was all a lie and just an attempt to get him off the phone. He called again at 5:30pm and was told it was not thier responsibility that he needed to call the driver. He informed the young lady that he placed his order thru the Smoothie king app and it wasn't 3rd party. She informed him it was not thier responsibility for orders on the app; despite the app stating clearly to call the location for a refund for delivery issues. He asked for the corporate number and was denied, he asked again and was placed on hold for 12 minutes. She then told him her manager "Lina" told her to tell him to go online for the corporate number..... wasting his time yet again.... He is simply trying to get a refund on product never received .... it is really that simple.... Please help!! read more

First time coming to this location, service was a little slow but at-least they got our order right but the ice they made the smoothie with must've had mold or the water that goes into making the ice taste like Tap water or something l, I doubt it was the fruit that made the smoothie taste weird. Stopped by for an afternoon smoothie and wanted to order a 20 oz. smoothie. I was told that they were out of 20 oz. cups and that only 32 oz. and larger were available. I politely told the gentleman working that I really did not want that much and asked if he could potentially just make 20 oz. of smoothie and put it in a larger cup. I really LOVE this location! The staff there this summer was great and very kind. I've been to several SK locations and this one outshines them all, in my experience at least. Ariana did a very great job as well and I wanted to personally recognize her and another lady that I am sorry to have forgotten the name of. Ariana, I hope you're recognized for your good work! You're going to do great with that positivity you have! Furthermore, my several visits this summer came with exceptional service by the ladies inside. They were very polite and kind. I've been here several times and not always had the best experiences. Usually the line is very slow and they seem unorganized because they get the orders confused. Half the time I come here they're out of half the items and don't tell you until after you're tried ordering multiple times. Would prefer just to tell me up front they are out of x,y, and z instead of ordering something and then telling me they're out of something 3-4 times. I will say the people having always been nice and professional to me and the smoothies always are tasty when they have the ingredients in stock. There is room for improvement but not a complete loss. read more
