I love acai bowls but this was my first time ordering one at Smoothie King and I did not enjoy it. I got the Acai Cocoa Haze with No Bananas Sub Blueberries and No Cacao Nibs Sub Honey. Upon presentation I was excited because it looked great. When I took my first bite I had a bite with a blueberry on it and it tasted rotten... I thought I just had a bad one but then I tried another one and it tasted the same. I was shocked because all the blueberries visibly looked good. After I picked all those off, I tried the strawberries and they were just okay, not super fresh but better than the blueberries. The granola is good if you like a cinnamon honey oat granola! As for the base, the consistency was smooth and perfect but I didn't care for the taste. I didn't have my expectations high but i've had friends tell me to try Smoothie Kings bowls, but after this visit I wouldn't recommend. I would never come to this location. Customer service was horrible in the drive through. It took about 15-20 mins to get a drink. The emo girl (teenager) wearing a beanie with a piercing on her face was extremely rude with my order. She slam the drive thru window when she gave me my order. If you're not happy with your job. You should not work here. I tried calling here twice to file a complaint and no one answer. If she was my employee I would have fired her. I guess the manager or owner care how their employees treat the customers. read more

The smoothie I ordered had 3 ingredients in them but it took them 30 minutes plus to prepare. The restroom is also horrid. I saw at least 5 cockroaches in the process of washing my hands. I knew there were better places to get drinks at but my friend recommended this to me and we both left disgusted. read more

The service was atrocious. I order the activator recovery blueberry strawberry smoothie, and not only did it take almost fifteen minutes to make, but the employees were simply inept. They made the smoothie three times and were unable to create the proper consistency. They gave up and resorted to giving me a coupon. Not only was the smoothie terrible but the workers themselves seemed like they had been tweaking off the yerkys. Red sluggish eyes and lagging pupils. Worst smoothie king location I've ever been too, i stop by every once in awhile because it's close to my work, however they are the slowest smoothie king in the world. The last 3 times I've been the smoothie has came 20 minutes past the promised time. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or training issue but it should be fixed asap. Also please stop leaving online orders out to get warm, the spot they place them is directly in the evening sun. I'd come to this location every Friday if it didn't have the problems it did. I was having trouble with my app (had just come from working out so no cash on hand) I asked the young man at the window if he knew how to work his app. He said it's not my app. I then said I know but you represent smoothie king right now when you are working. I did not physically mean YOUR app! He was very rude and disrespectful. I figured it out made my payment and went about my day. If he worked for my business I would be concerned. My boyfriend and I visited this smoothie king on Saturday 12/8/18, there was one younger male working at the time. While our smoothies were good, the thing that bothered us most was when the employee finished ringing up our order, and we handed him a debit card, he Informed us that the credit card machine for customers inside the store was broken, so he took our card to the drive through credit card machine, no big deal. UNTIL he then proceeded to ask us what the pin for our debit card is. He didn't try the slightest to be confidential about this information. In this day and age you can never be too careful, so after leaving the store we took precautionary measures to ensure the card number can't be used elsewhere. But this just can't be the correct way for the employee to handle this situation. Unfortunately for this, we will most likely never return to this location. read more

My go to spot for smoothies. The quality is pretty consistent and the staff is always upbeat and friendly. They have a drive thru which makes it quick and easy to grab a smoothie on the way to work. Medium smoothies are only $5 on Fridays! read more
