Five Stars for Jimmy's service!!!! I have been coming here for a few weeks and so far Jimmy G has been the most knowledgeable (champion) team member. I walked in this morning store was smelling fresh and clean. Jimmy explained every smoothie I had a question about, asked if I wanted any additional additives to my smoothie. In comparison to my visit here last week I was served by Brianne, her service, attitude, and personality sucked. Big shoutout to Jimmy G behind the counter this morning (happy holidays to all) one thing I heard this morning is Jimmy loves his job and serving the people. read more

Smoothie King - Post workout re-up - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Chicago Ridge, Illinois

This place always accommodates to my needs and it's always up to par with what you expect from a Smoothie Joint. I love their smoothie bowl bases as they are all dairy free and on top of that if you ask which smoothies have ZERO sugar they always make sure to recommend something delicious like the Vegan Mango Kale. The customer service was amazing also!! It was pretty lively in here when i entered but the whole atmosphere felt inviting. read more

Mine was made properly. The Friday price of $5 is fabulous . The cups are study. I went to the Chicago Ridge location, the staff was nice. However, I don't understand why people can't order at the drive up window! read more

I arrived at 8:53 pm and your staff member was very short and snide telling me "we're closed; have a good night"! I understand that you guys close at 9 but it was better way to handle things. read more

Smoothies are good but the wait here is horrendous. There is no reason for there to be 4 employees in the front with at least 3-4 more in the back (who were laughing nonstop) and 10 customers waiting 20+ minutes for their orders. Every other smoothie place (and really any other food service place) I've ever been to has their employees working on multiple orders but I watched each employee stick to one order at a time and wait for the blending instead of cleaning the other blenders or starting another drink. The blender jars stacked up at the sink and by the time I was leaving, all the blender jars had been used which means that there would have been a stand still until the jars had been cleaned. I asked for a refund because I had to get to other things and couldn't wait any longer. Makes me wonder how much money this business loses out on due to inefficiency. read more

I visited this place on a weekend morning. It was quite busy, probably because it's near an X Sport Fitness gym. I decided to order the Dude Perfect smoothie along with an Açaí bowl for myself. The service was quick and friendly, and the location was clean with ample parking available. Overall, location is good, staff are efficient and friendly, and location was clean and well maintained. read more

It's been a long time since I've been to a Smoothie King but it's brand spanking new and I wanted to show some support. The Staff here is really friendly. Parking can be a bit tricky unfortunately. They got a really large menu and they cater to so many types of people for their smoothies whether you're a casual, vegan or fitness etc. Type of smoothie consumer. Prices in my opinion are a bit high for what I'm accustomed too but besides drinks, they sell a lot of munchies and drinks to grab and go for purchase. Overall, definitely worth checking out. read more

I never had to wait 30 minutes for a shake. This girl wasn't taking the orders in order she was a mess. The shakes are delicious I've been going there for 2 years I love their protein and all the ingredients they use. However they need a better system what's the point of having an app? read more

I'm going to give them a 4 stars because we like the smoothies. The person who took our order was good took our order correctly and was friendly. But I did see that they have to make the smoothies a bit faster we had to wait more than 5 minutes and people started to pile up waiting for orders as well.. place was pretty clean as well I would come back though to this location. read more

Warm day today and we stopped in to check out the buzz. A lot of options to choose from including codes boosts and energy drinks. They also have some healthy on the go snacks from pretzels to Keto chips. We dropped in around lunch time and the teenage staff handled the rush very well. Cashier was very friendly and also suggested some options. We'll definitely be back for a refreshing smoothie! read more

Fast service by Jimmy. Smoothie was delicious and reason price. Many flavor options, including Keto.

Slow service and had 3 workers with 3 customers Took over 30min for 1 smoothie asked to use restroom and said it's locked up too busy talking to friends across the counter read more

This location is much better than the one on 95th. Kayla, was great, very friendly, she greeted me. It was great. My smoothie was fantastic. I was asked to complete the survey on the bottom of my receipt and I'll get $1.00 my next purchase. read more

It was horrible we've been here for an hour and only 2 ppl got their smoothie bowls. The workers are legit so rude they got every order wrong bruh. Do NOT COME TO THE CHICAGO RIDGE LOCATION. Smoothie King - This menu up above the counter is inaccurate and that was the cause for all of our mess ups. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Chicago Ridge, Illinois

if there was an option to put zero stars i would. The wait time is horrible and when i asked how much longer the girl whispered "hold your fucking horses" and when i asked what she said she then proceeded to call me a fat bitch under her breath . read more

terrible service very rude. I asked him to make me a specific drink that was on the menu. They messed up my order and instead of remaking my order, they blended the order. I wanted with the previous order that they made me and think I would not notice I asked him to make me a new one and they refused. I even tipped them, and they refuse very upset two young ladies, and one male young and don't care about customer service! read more

My service was refused because apparently my $10 wasn't real. The Cashier compared my older ten dollar bill to a newer one and made that assumption. Management needs to do a better job of training their employees on how to decipher fake money from real money. There are many ways to see if money is real or not--comparing older bills to newer bills isn't sufficient enough to make that decision. Do better. read more

Absolutely the worst service! I ordered online and got to the window and nobody was there. After a few minutes and the window being open I blew the horn to get someone's attention. Neither of the employees were visible so I wasn't sure if they knew I was there. After about 7 minutes she finally came to the window and said you don't have to blow your horn we know you're here we will bring it to you when it's ready! Excuse me? So rude and the worst possible service ever! I will never return to this location. Please hire ppl that care about customer service! 3/2/22 450pm! I'm really disappointed...I go in there all the time and order and no problems. Today I ordered and I asked for no bananas in my smoothie. I don't like them in my beverages. After I tasted it.. it was sweet and I can taste the bananas the girl LIED TO ME AND SAID IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY BUT IT DID. I didn't make a stunk about it. I just left. People have allergies or certain foods make them sick. They shouldn't lie to people. They should just willingly fix the mistake. Just disappointed that people are that lazy. She is lucky I don't have an allergy to bananas cuz if I did and I got sick. Lawsuit. Note care about your customers their money keeps your in business. read more

Even though it's really busy, they're very quick and are so nice and patient. Definitely recommend this location.

The hulk is the best smoothie ever hands down. Can't complain about being able to get the smoothies in such big sizes as well.

The crew was so nice and friendly! Great smoothies for the fam and it was so clean! Love this place!

Lazy workers, embarrassing in my opinion, and very rude, don't know how to welcome guests we walked in and they told us right away "NOOOOOOO" infront of all there customers it was really embarrassing. GET NEW WORKERS. They declined us right when we walked in which was really weird. All I can say super sad read more

I love this location better then a evergreen! customer service made me feel welcomed. I definitely will be coming back for more smoothies !
