I ordered the summer Hydration Watermelon smoothie for the second time. Last time, my husband ordered it and I tried it, it was good. The service was good. I have no complaints. I paid through the app to make sure I used the Upsize Friday perk. The overall quality of this smoothie was okay this time and it was more watery than thick and I tasted more coconut water. It wasn't what I expected it to taste like the first time but it was still edible. This place can be a hit or miss with smoothies as it depends on who makes it right. read more

Smoothie King - Hydration Watermelon 32oz It's upsize Friday! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Champaign, Illinois

I ordered two small standard smoothies from the drive through. When I pulled up to the window I sat for over ten minutes before they came over to say anything. Once they finally came over the employee asked what we had ordered; I repeated our order and she told us that they would need another five minutes to make the order. I asked why we had already been waiting ten minutes in the drive through (as the only car) if our order still needed to be made and she said they had a big online order. Businesses get busy but she could have acknowledged us at the window, let us know it would be a while, and prioritized in person customers to some degree as opposed to completely ignoring us. read more

So Smootie King has been under new management/ownership for a couple of months and all I can say is WOW!! The service is better, the product is better and it makes me actually enjoy being somewhat healthy. My daughter does gymnastics and we get a recovery shake after every practice. For almost a year the school would close early, be under staffed, mess up the orders, be chunky, etc. But now, perfect smoothies every time!! Hallelujah!!! read more

Dropped in on my first visit here for a refreshing breakfast as I prepare for a 3.5 hour drive. Brittany took my order in such a friendly, bubbly manner and gave great conversation throughout our interaction. Ordinarily, I'd come right in and order my vegan mango kale, but as of last week, I take a little decisioning time because the new spinach mango is also PHENOMENAL! Be sure to check in prior to your order as this location is giving $1 off for checking in, which I missed out on. But nonetheless, I'm prepared for a great drink! read more

I get the strawberry smoothie with greek yogurt added it is absolutely amazing. I go to the smoothie king on round barn Rd the workers there are always the best the young girl is my favorite her customer service is the best she is so sweet. read more

Pay cash or ask for a receipt. I ended up paying $17.34 for a medium smoothie because I trusted them. I hope karma returns the favor.

I love this place!! Staff are friendly and good at what they do. Smoothies slap every time.

3rd time this month I've gone out there when their suppose to be open and nobody is there. Great business model

This place brings back so many childhood memories. Everytime we come here, we were greeted with courteous and professional staff who are knowledgeable. The drinks can be supplemented as a meal. The small size is basically a regular size drink elsewhere. I dont know anyone who gets the extra large, it's literally a bucket of smoothie :p Clean environment. A bathroom inside the store. read more

I don't think there are many drinks better than the Lemon Twist Strawberry smoothie. I always branch out and enjoy new drinks, but this will forever be my favorite. The service has always been quick and friendly and I've never had inconsistencies with my drinks. Great stop for a snack, refuel, or even meal replacement. They now have $5 large Fridays which is pretty cool if you can drink that much. It's more than enough to share! read more

We specifically drove across town for the convenience of this location on our way out of town, but inside ordering was closed and the drive thru was five cars deep with slow service. We had to drive to the other location to get timely service. read more

Smoothie King is good for what it is... a smo cone (mix between a smoothie and a snow cone). I personally enjoy Jamba Juice more because the flavors taste more fresh and flavorful and the drink itself is blended to the point of being a real smoothie. Smoothie King is always pretty lumpy and icy. It's still good, but I'd take Jamba Juice any day over Smoothie King. And I feel like Smoothie King is more expensive than Jamba Juice. read more

I love this place!!! The staff is so friendly and the smoothies are the best!!! I usually get angel food but I just tried their peanut power and now my life has been changed forever!! Lol yum! read more

If Collin is working - he has the magic touch making the best smoothies. Other times it's hit or miss, but the staff is always super friendly and the drive thro rocks! read more

This is the better of the two Smoothie King's in Champaign! The service is extremely fast and the workers are friendly. I've tried a variety of smoothies from here and love them all. Make sure to check the nutrition facts and added ingredients, however, because some do have cane sugar or Stevia added. Also, make sure you take advantage of the $1 savings by checking in! read more

The service is ridiculously slow. Even with the lobby closed, and one car in the drive thru, speed used to be a top priority here, clearly they could care less now. It shouldn't take over 10 minutes for one drink that takes 2 minutes to blend, it's not like they are working solo. read more

Excellent customer service and delicious drinks. Never busy in the afternoon, and their employees have always been very friendly. Fairly pricey, but worth it if you are using a smoothie to replace a meal or energy drink. Excellent selection of supplements, snacks, and energy/protein bars. Drive thru is very convenient also, although I have never used it. read more

I like to swing by this place after working out at The Refinery. The baristas are always eager to help and make a solid smoothie! My go-to smoothie is the chocolate Gladiator (offered in strawberry and vanilla as well) with 2 servings of strawberry! It is packed with 45g of protein and 0g of sugar. Can't beat it! read more

A little pricey but sometimes I just can't live without my Pineapple Surf after a workout. Also, one time I had to wait about 10 minutes for a smoothie (there was a decent line) and they gave me a coupon for my next visit. Usually don't have to wait long at all though and the drive through is very convenient! read more

Would give zero starts if I could. Smoothie was spoiled and ended up getting sick from it. Manager Collin was so rude not sure how he has to a job let alone a management job. Never going back and recommend nobody else does read more

I got the Angel Food smoothie with an energy boost and it was amazing! The energy boost was just the pick-me-up I needed and I like that it is stimulant free. The employees were friendly and quick. I was a bit surprised that the medium was as huge as it is, so I went with a small the next time, which was more like what I expected a medium to be. I will definitely come here again! read more
