I ordered the summer Hydration Watermelon smoothie for the second time. Last time, my husband ordered it and I tried it, it was good. The service was good. I have no complaints. I paid through the app to make sure I used the Upsize Friday perk. The overall quality of this smoothie was okay this time and it was more watery than thick and I tasted more coconut water. I ordered two small standard smoothies from the drive through. When I pulled up to the window I sat for over ten minutes before they came over to say anything. Once they finally came over the employee asked what we had ordered; I repeated our order and she told us that they would need another five minutes to make the order. I asked why we had already been waiting ten minutes in the drive through (as the only car) if our order still needed to be made and she said they had a big online order. Businesses get busy but she could have acknowledged us at the window, let us know it would be a while, and prioritized in person customers to some degree as opposed to completely ignoring us. read more

So Smootie King has been under new management/ownership for a couple of months and all I can say is WOW!! The service is better, the product is better and it makes me actually enjoy being somewhat healthy. My daughter does gymnastics and we get a recovery shake after every practice. This place brings back so many childhood memories. Everytime we come here, we were greeted with courteous and professional staff who are knowledgeable. The drinks can be supplemented as a meal. I don't think there are many drinks better than the Lemon Twist Strawberry smoothie. I always branch out and enjoy new drinks, but this will forever be my favorite. The service has always been quick and friendly and I've never had inconsistencies with my drinks. Great stop for a snack, refuel, or even meal replacement. Smoothie King is good for what it is... a smo cone (mix between a smoothie and a snow cone). I personally enjoy Jamba Juice more because the flavors taste more fresh and flavorful and the drink itself is blended to the point of being a real smoothie. Smoothie King is always pretty lumpy and icy. It's still good, but I'd take Jamba Juice any day over Smoothie King. And I feel like Smoothie King is more expensive than Jamba Juice. read more

I got the Angel Food smoothie with an energy boost and it was amazing! The energy boost was just the pick-me-up I needed and I like that it is stimulant free. The employees were friendly and quick.
