Easy to get to, a bit hard to get to the parking lot since it's kind of around the front with limited access. Just be careful. A little bit of seating inside, but mainly set up for carry out. Loads of different options for your flavor and health desires. I got a gut health papaya, mango ginger, I think. Greek yogurt, plus I like papaya and haven't had it in a while, and the rest of the ingredients sounded good and reasonably healthy. The medium is pretty large; it was sweet, but not overly so, and cold and refreshing. I enjoyed it. Service was good, prices are, well, smoothies always seem expensive to me, but not too bad. I'll keep it in mind.

I have been a pulp lover for years. I am allergic to dairy so I have always removed or swapped out…read moreany dairy ingredients with little to no issue. In this most recent online order I (as instructed) placed my allergy restrictions and modification in the special instructions area because I was informed that allergy substitutions are not add-ins, so there is no additional charge. For my specific order I removed the Bananas and substituted blueberries for orange sherbet and for my children I substituted the pineapple sorbet for yogurt in one and oat milk/extra banana for yogurt in the other. These are substitutions that I have made over 20 times because we go to a pulp anytime we are near a location and have the time. On this particular visit we walked into an empty store at the estimated pickup time and saw workers that we had never seen at the store. I asked if they were working on an order for Ellen West and (as I always do) asked if they were able to see the allergy modifications and they stated yes. They continued to work on the order and I asked if I could also purchase a gift card when they got a chance. I could tell there was a little frustration but I assumed it was because they were running behind. They explained that they did not know how to sell the gift cards because the system had changed and that they would have to look up the instructions. I said that was fine and waited patiently. Once our smoothies were done I realized that one of the smoothies was supposed to be a double order and somehow I only ordered 1. There was no one in line or in the store so I asked for another of that same smoothie. When I went to pay for it there was an up charge. When I asked why she explained that I had pineapple sorbet in the smoothie. When I explained that it was a substitute for the yogurt, she rudely stated that there is an up charge for the pineapple sorbet and with irritation stated that she should have charged me for all of the modifications. I explained that I had spoken to a manager previously and was told that there were no up charges for swapping ingredients due to an allergies . She stated that she was the owner and there was an up charge. I explained that I have ordered from many locations and never had this issue. She asked where and I told her the locations throughout the Columbus Metropolitan area and in Akron, Ohio. Her response was that she would ask corporate. I paid but I will not return to the Gahanna, Ohio Pulp location. I have recommended Pulp to many people. We love Pulp and we appreciate that they are able to accommodate my allergy and my children's lactose intolerance, however she and her partner seemed to have some sort of animosity towards either me or people with allergies in general. I was in a great mood when I entered, lead with a smile, ordered almost $50 worth of smoothies, bought a gift card, and went ahead and paid the up charge. I left very irritated and upset.

Maybe I was just too tired post-yoga. IDK! It's not too bad for a post-workout treat :)

I've never been much for smoothie places, but I was out running errands, and figured I'd stop in…read moresee if I could get lucky with something that offers protein and less fruit centered. I'd always assumed Pulp was just another Smoothie King, but Pulp is a lot like Tropical Smoothie Cafe, in that they offer wraps (a pleasant surprise on this first stop); however, and a slight bummer, Pulp only offers cold wraps. I ordered their Avocado Turkey Wrap on a spinach tortilla with extra turkey meat and a Smooth Avocado smoothie. The wrap was great - no frills or new-age ingredient twists, just basic, solid toppings that are health conscious. I'll add that the lady working the counter was very polite. I was taking longer than usual to read the menu/ingredients, and she never rushed me or seemed impatient to wait.

A needed place in Reynoldsburg for healthy beverages. It has protein shakes and teas mostly…read more Reynoldsburg Nutrition is a nice place and locally owned. Has an option to sign up for membership discounts. The annoying thing is having to fill out information before ordering. Has a pretty big menu of beverages to choose. It has a lot of protein shakes with interesting flavors. The other choice is the flavored teas. It has a deal where it comes with both a protein shake and a tea for a combo. It's about $12 to get these in your choice of each. The price is pretty high for this. Herbalife powder is used in the shakes along with ice. The shakes and teas are pretty sugary. It's hard to say these are healthy. They certainly give you nutrients like protein. I like the Green Gusher. This is like green tea with Koolaid or something. It has shakes and teas that taste good. Maybe not healthy. This certainly is a better choice than the fast food around there.

The owner, Marissa, is very personable and very knowledgeable about her products, which are all healthy, filling, and delicious. Did I mention they're delicious? I had a Dulce De Leche chocolate shake. It was freaking delicious, and less than 300 calories. It had lots of protein powder in it, so it filled me up, too. I asked my wife if she was proud of me for being so good and making a healthy choice (i.e. eating a big, delicious milkshake). Yea, you can imagine her response... UA Nutrition is awesome. Highly recommended.
