Pros: - the strawberry blueberry smoothie was good. Cons: - the chicken chipotle flatbread sandwich was pathetic. It was a 4" piece of flatbread with 9 tiny pieces of chicken with a squirt of chipotle sauce. This sandwich is a clear reflection the 2.3 / 5 rating this establishment has. The server placed thick PB on my acai bowl and the acai itself was sour. Not sure if that's normal for smoothie king, but it was very difficult to enjoy. Would not recommend read more

We were the only people in the store, we still waited 35 minutes for 4 smoothies....3 of them were children's size. We were patient but confused by what took so long. When we finally got them, they were the consistency of solid, frost bitten ice cream. It was very strange. We couldn't finish them. We were there for a soccer tournament, and unfortunately we deterred other members of our team from going there. read more

We first went through the drive-thru an hour after being open to get a smoothie and no body answered as we sat there for a few minutes. We then decided to go into the store because there were workers in there but it said lobby was closed. We went through the drive-thru again yet nobody answered. We stopped at the window as well to see if someone would come up, nobody did. Poor service. read more

Service is very slow but not busy. The smoothie I ordered was not made correctly. Huge chunks of ice in bottom and rest was not smooth

All I wanted after my swim meet was a smoothie. I get there at 7:50 (they close at 8) and they wouldn't serve me. I'm crying right now because all I wanted all day was a smoothie and they had to close early and not even give me my smoothie and i'm just really upset and this place sucks don't go here bruh read more

Excruciatingly slow service whether you order online or hit the drive through. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

It's the most inconsistent, poorly run business I've ever seen. Our family has tried HARD to give the stores grace (both locations) and have bit our tongue through bad smoothies, weird random closures, etc. We have taken the bad quality and undependability trying to be loyal customers. We order the entire family a smoothie at least once a week. There are five of us. We independently will get smoothies. No more. Today was the last straw. Drove to the South College location with our 20 month old to get our three kids a smoothie for their lunch. Was told at the drive through they are only taking online orders. I'd have to park, sit in the parking lot and place my order. They refused to let me order. I had CASH. This is not customer friendly to so many. Not everyone has the app. Would they refuse to take my parents order and their cash?! Absolutely ridiculous. I went home and made our own smoothies. Kept my money. They don't want it. AVOID. read more

waste of money, won't be giving it a second try. it chased an fairly high priced açaí bowl and it went straight into the rubbish can. that was a sad day and the first time I couldn't pallet such a treat. Looked tasty but was not. read more

Amazing service from Kayla. Working hard by herself making several orders at one time and managing the drive thru. The smoothie was excellent and she was so kind. read more

This place is beyond amazing. I have been multiple times and every experience is so incredible. Joseph and Jackson know what it means to care for customers and put quality first. I dare anyone to try and find a more enjoyable Smoothie King because this one has it beat. read more

I love this place! There are so many options of smoothies that the only trouble you'll have is deciding which smoothie to get. The smoothies are pricey but if you're here for a snack or a very light breakfast, this is the place for you. I got the slim-down-vanilla 20 oz. and it's definitely enough to make you satisfied and the flavor is just right. I don't know a place that can make such a good vanilla shake so I often come here for anything involving shakes without feeling guilty. The interior smells like hand sanitizer though. I'm not sure if the people working there realize it but you get the feeling of healthiness and cleanliness to the point of sterility. The service is great and the people there are attentive. The place comes with a drive-through if you're in a hurry. read more

So yummy and fresh! I love Smoothie King! I don't even live in Auburn but every time I'm here I go.

Service is not great. They have so many different types of smoothies, and I am not a frequent customer, so I'm never 100 % sure if I'm ordering correctly. They'll make sure to make you feel dumb if you don't say the long confusing name exactly as it should be said. Once I get to the window they're as rude as they were when I ordered. Notice I'm saying "they" because I don't want anyone to get reprimanded individually. Instead I believe it would be helpful to talk to the staff as a whole. I've had this same person a few times before, and they are rude every time. If I'm paying almost $6 for the 20 oz smoothie I'd at least appreciate a smile! I have nothing but good things to say about the Smoothie King on Bent Creek. S college- I won't be back. read more

The only sizes they have here is gigantic and tremendous.. I swear the drinks are nearly as big as the entire cluttered building they are made in. I ordered the pomegranate and ended up with about ten pounds of nasty tasting, mostly water, sludge that I then had to pay eight bucks for. I ended up drinking about two sips of it, it was so gross. I paid eight bucks for two sips of nasty sludge. I will say, though, that the girl who made that gross smoothie was very friendly. That's the ONLY reason I am giving it two starts instead of one. read more

Takes forever to get your smoothie, i waited for 20-30 minutes with only 3 or 4 cars in the drive through. wasted a lot of gas sitting there waiting. there seemed to be enough employees to finish the job, however my smoothie still took a very long time to make. I definitely would not wait 20 minutes for a tiny cup of blended fruit. gn streaks. read more

I love their smoothies, which are always tasty and quickly made. But, on my visit this morning, the cashier was flat out rude. She seemed irritated when she was asked a question about a coupons. And she was inpatient when we were deciding what to order (which was only a few minutes). At checkout,,, when we were paying the attitude escalated continually. It was irritating to us as customers, and quite stressful as younger people not used to being in public situations alone. im pretty sure her name was skye. read more

I had a blueberry smoothie of medium cup, while it looks an extra-large size cup. The testing is bad, I dislike it. Few chairs in the room, but there is no place for you group people over 4. read more

THE SLOWEST FREAKING SMOOTHIE KING EVER. ALWAYS understaffed, slow, and rude. If you want one smoothie from here factor in 30 minutes!!!!
