This was me and my wife's first time at this particular Smoothie King. We just moved into the area, so this is the one that is closest to us. Our visit was GREAT! It was quick and efficient. It didn't take long to get our smoothies and the staff were all super friendly. The store is also very clean and orderly. It was nice to see that nothing was a mess and everything was nice and organized. It's not the biggest Smoothie King, but that's not really an issue, because most people just get their smoothies to go. There are a few parking spots right in front of the shopping center where the Smoothie King is, but there are more right across in the bigger parking lot, which is where we parked, because it was full in the Smoothie King shopping center. Friendly service and super clean location! We stopped in for a snack before grocery shopping so that we would not be shopping while hungry...that gets us in trouble every time. I grabbed an acai bowl (Berry Goji Getaway) and hubby got a smoothie. The acai part of the bowl was frozen solid so I had to wait a bit for it to thaw to eat, but once it had it was delicious. Hubby's 'Enjoy a Treat' smoothie was creamy and delicious with a pronounced banana flavor that he was very happy with. 5/28/25 @ 4:15pm update: I was on my way to the Briarcliff location to get my Pure Recharge smoothie because I was going to go out of my way not to go to the Chamblee location where I had a bad experience and smoothie last Sunday morning. However the road was blocked and traffic was blocked going to the Briarcliff location so I turned around and begrudgingly made my way to the chamblee location. And I'm glad I turned around and went to the Chamblee store because my experience and smoothie were completely different from what I had experienced previously. First I was greeted when I entered the store. That didn't happen the last time. The small framed young lady behind the counter was extremely nice, thoughtful, and professional. When I asked her the same question that I had asked the previous server, this young lady took the time to find the answer to my question which was how much caffeine was in the pure recharge. She also asked me if I wanted sugar or sugar from the strawberries, and this was not asked of me the last time. And my smoothie was so much better this time! I didn't have that strange aftertaste like I did with the smoothie I ordered last Sunday. Therefore I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. read more

Went to this location to get a smoothie they proceed to call a 50 dollar bill fake after using the marker in the bill and it no change color to indicate fake. The bill was received from the atm as well. This is horrible customer service and outright disrespectful! The one located on Chamblee-Tucker Road is NOT the Best Smoothie King ever! Sorry but the service is not great, the people are not real nice, and they operate the store like they want to operate it. When you pay for extra toppings you do not REALLY get "extra", in my opinion, you get what you should have gotten in the first place. They skimp on products. I know every store uses the scoops but they do not fill their scoops at this location. They also do not take phone orders! If you call them that is what they say; "We don't take orders over the phone." My response is: (did not say it only though it) "Why the hell are you answering the phone then?" NOW, IF YOU WANT THE BEST QUALITY FOR YOUR MONEY VISIT THE SMOOTHIE KING ON HENDERSON MILL ROAD! They ROCK!
