The coffee often tastes burnt, and it seems like there's little to no vanilla syrup in it. The last three times I've ordered one, all I've tasted was burnt coffee with almost no vanilla flavor. I've also had issues with other drinks. For example, I ordered a Honey Bun Chiller and received it without whipped cream, and on another visit it wasn't blended properly. Sometimes it's missing the caramel drizzle as well. This drink hasn't been made correctly for at least the past couple of months. Another time, I ordered an Orange Sherbet drink and was given what tasted like some kind of Monster soda or energy drink instead. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. At this point, it feels like there is a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control. The same mistakes keep happening over and over, whether it's missing ingredients, incorrect preparation, or even receiving the wrong drink altogether. I used to enjoy coming here, but the consistency and overall quality have noticeably declined. Some additional training on order accuracy and following drink recipes would go a long way.

You can tell it doesn't have any artificial flavoring or anything compared to other places. My drink has mango and pineapple in it, which are some of my favorite fruits. I do like their deli and hot bar, but it doesn't always have what I want available. The produce section doesn't spark any joy for me in its setup, or freshness. It feels like the things I want are not always in stock, and I never find anything new that I really want to buy. The cashiers are friendly enough and the deli counter is is OK, not remarkable. I had one unpleasant encounter at the Customer Service counter where the person helped me was unnecessarily snippy, but I know Customer service isn't easy, so I take that in account. I like the flow of the drive thru as you can tell they kept traffic in mind. It wasn't crowded so I was able to order quickly. The person that took my order was very nice. It was ready to use my reward and if you are paying with a card, they can tap right there for less waiting time. Of course you can pay cash too, just one you get closer to picking up your order. The old train shed part now houses a variety of restaurants and other activities. Everyday at 5pm, there is an amazing laser light show (about 15 minutes long) in the Grand Hall. We stopped in to see the light show while enjoying a beverage from the lobby bar (the soda fountain). The architecture of the old building is beautiful and the free laser light show was great.
